Cazzie Bradberry Terrible experience. Half of the staff exhibited good bedside manner other half not so much. I followed their instructions to a tee as far as contacting my insurance , providing code and making sure anesthesia was covered, which it was. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be charged, even though my insurance said it was covered, but we could get started. As I was on a table in a gown I was asked to provide a payment method and left in the table while they ran my card and told me it didnt work, they tried again and miraculously it worked this time. I felt like they left me there until they figured that out. During that time I could hear another employee speaking disparagingly about another patient…I actually wanted to get up and leave at this point, if you’d like a knowledgeable staff and to be treated with respect do not go to Great Lakes surgical.

Debra Hall Very attentive. Worked closely with my mother and the family to give my mother great care. Did not send students to take care of her. Explained everything so we could understand. More than pleased with Dr. Pendyala.

Jessica DemMc I really like this office. Ashley and Melanie are great, they take their time with you and listen to your concerns. The office is clean and all of the staff are very friendly. The only thing I do not like is their patient portal. Unlike other patient portals, you cannot see much and it constantly logs you out while you’re trying to send a message or navigate the site.

Christine Hursey Dr Jammal is truly a gem! He listens and, unlike my past and current experiences with many male doctors, he does not treat you like a child. He is helpful, highly knowledgeable. He gives you credit for knowing your own body and he carefully explains and discusses everything with you. He has my complete and total trust and regard.

Sheryl Smith Dr. Dhiman has helped me with my back pain when nobody else could. She is so knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. It is very evident that she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. I completely trust her and know that she will go above and beyond when I need help with my back pain. I cannot recommend her enough!

Momma OMany Made an 8:30 am appointment, signed in via the app, and was seen by 9. Very kind phlebotomist, very gentle with the needle as well. It was VERY busy but they were very quick to move people through. Definitely DO NOT go to this location without an appointment...its very busy. Definitely recommend.

Paulina Masailo I brought my kitten Marcelene here for her vaccinations and to be spayed when we first got her and was very happy with the staff and how well they handled my spicy kitten. Fast forward a few months we had to bring her in to be checked because she cut her toe open and a week later because she wasn’t eating or drinking any water(she’s a problem child). The doctor Jeanne Fournier gave us some options on how to proceed and was extremely sensitive to our financial situation. She had us follow up to make sure Marcelene was getting better and even made sure to call me back after hours when I was in a panic and had some questions. Thankfully Marcelene is better and I am so thankful for the vet and vet techs that helped us through this stressful time! Couldn’t expect better care for our little fur baby

Wendy Merkle If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr. Potempa has been my MD for 16 years or so. I am not always a compliant patient. She navigated several health concerns with me and my husband (he is a patient too), in a caring, professional, compassionate way. She has always taken time to ask me if I have questions before I leave. Lori her nurse is a doll and knows that weight has always been my lifetime issue, and for many years she let me get on the scale backwards so I didnt see the number. (It was that or I wasnt coming.) For the record I dont do that anymore. :) Dr. Potempa knew the right amount of tough love I needed. It took me a while to understand she was on my side... I know she will be on yours too.
