Quest Diagnostics - Lockport (NY)

Amber Wing Dr. Wands is great! She listens to you, like actually spends time with you and try’s to get to know you and understand what you’re going through before she slaps a diagnosis on you or write a script for meds. I greatly appreciate not being treated like another number even when Buffalo medical group is such a large establishment. Her office is nice and clean, great staff and it is not far away from the thruway and I’m in and out! It’s nice to know there are still great doctors out there who listen. If you’re looking for a primary doc. Definitely check her and her team out.

Diane Heminway Dr Dey is the most thorough and compassionate doctor I’ve had the pleasure to know. She spends time to explain everything going on in your body and is extremely patient in answering questions. I trust her completely. It’s clear she is a true physician and not just “ in it for the money.”

They take ALL insurances and also do sliding scale, Lockport has needed this! Its right across the street from the bus stop, the high rise and sub delicious

Cazzie Bradberry Terrible experience. Half of the staff exhibited good bedside manner other half not so much. I followed their instructions to a tee as far as contacting my insurance , providing code and making sure anesthesia was covered, which it was. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be charged, even though my insurance said it was covered, but we could get started. As I was on a table in a gown I was asked to provide a payment method and left in the table while they ran my card and told me it didnt work, they tried again and miraculously it worked this time. I felt like they left me there until they figured that out. During that time I could hear another employee speaking disparagingly about another patient…I actually wanted to get up and leave at this point, if you’d like a knowledgeable staff and to be treated with respect do not go to Great Lakes surgical.

Dyan Balcerzak Had a great experience at Wellnow urgent care. Our Pa was Megan and she made both my husband and myself feel so comfortable. She was kind , asked lots of questions and took the best care of us. Our nurse Desiree was also so kind and caring. The girl who checked us in was great too. We had a little wait , but the superior care we received was worth the wait. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all again as we are now on medication that will makes us well.❤️❤️❤️

Renee Casciano Dr Madejski and her team of providers are absolutely exceptional and I am an ICU nurse myself, so I’m extremely picky about the medical professionals for my healthcare. The office staff is amazing, so kind and so helpful. Dr Madejski is thorough, professional and compassionate and provides exceptional care. I would very highly recommend this practice for gyn care!

Maria DeFilippo Awesome doctors and staff! They are very thorough, very friendly, and always try to fit you in right away. My kids have been going to Dr. Baier for over 10 years and we have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, when my oldest son was 3 months old we were going to a different doctor in the area. We were 15 minutes late arriving to a sick appt., so the other doctor turned us away. At a recommendation from a friend, we left that office and went right from there to Dr. Baier who saw him immediately-even though he was not already his patient!! Definitely deserving of 5+ stars.

Kelly Eggert This is an amazing office very dedicated to their patients. My mom delivered 2 babies through him as well and I wouldnt recommend anyone else. When I was admitted to the hospital for undiagnosed breathing pains my 2nd trimester he had nurses checking on my baby every 15 minutes day and night for 4 days, he personally came in for an hour a day between delivering babies to check up on me and the baby and see how I was doing and how much pain I was in. He had all of the 6 doctors relay all information straight to him as he was a circulatory surgeon before an OB. Both OBs are understanding and very compassionate. Without the decades of experience my OB had, my son wouldnt have made it. I thank him everyday for my little boy.

MJ Parlier Dr. Jehrio has been treating my 89 year old mother for years. He’s very concise, to the point, smart and has great advice. I appreciate his kindness with my mother, who is also hard of hearing. Everyone on his staff is very sweet and professional, and I really appreciate their hard work!
