Through extraction and implant procedures everything went well and I was made aware of everything that was being done and what to expect. The best part was that there was virtually no discomfort throughout.

I came in for an evaluation on Tuesday, got an X-ray done, and originally planned to wait until after finals to have my wisdom teeth removed. But the pain hit hard over the past couple of days, so I called yesterday—and they managed to get me in for the procedure today. Four wisdom teeth out, just like that, all finished under an hour. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to the surgical team—were super kind and patient. No attitude, no stress, just genuinely kind and helpful people. Dr. Goodenough explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions with ease. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

5 /5 Laura Sundquist: Dr. Hoffman is an amazing oral surgeon! I have been going to him for the past 20 years. Needless to say he has done many surgeries on my mouth. There has not been one surgery that I had that I had any major pain, some slight discomfort. He is always made himself available for an emergency visit. His staff is also amazing! Especially Maryellen, she goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and if she says she will call you back…she does! You also don’t sit for hours on end to see the doctor. I highly recommended him and his staff!

Took little longer than expected but that was because Dr. Hoffman had emergency. Dr. Was great to the point he had a birthday cake for one of his patients. I would recommend this office. I had 4 teeth extracted

I am petrified to have any type of procedure done. From the minute of making my initial appointment to my very last follow up it has been seamless and pleasant. The office staff was kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. My consultation was quick and to the point. Day of procedure I was very nervous but the entire staff was so polite and friendly and I felt at ease and very comfortable until I left. My recovery was super quick and easy. I have had other experience with other oral surgeons in the past and it was nothing like this. Every moment was efficient, comfortable and very well organized. I highly recommend using Dr Lam and her staff for any oral surgery needs someone may have.
