1 /5 Frank Ancona: Hygienist was amazing. If I just needed to go in for regular cleanings with her I would 100% recommend. She was professional and explained everything.
The doctor walks in, does not introduce himself (not Dr. Cantor) and while looking at my x-rays behind me, is not speaking to me but to the hygienist and is just blurting out that I need a deep cleaning under anesthesia, a root canal, etc... That may be true but what happened to bedside manner? Introduce yourself, explain things to me and not to the x-rays hanging on the wall.
The unnamed doctor looks in my mouth and tells me to see the desk for a follow up. The person who was identified as Jordan (owner of the business) mistook me for a different patient--TWICE. This is dangerous. As he is looking at his computer screen at what I assume is an open chart, he is telling me that he knows nothing about my antibiotics which needed to be prescribed nor the reason for follow up. After discussing this with the doctor, he returned and he asks if I am xxxxx (different patient). When he realized his mistake, he put in my prescription and stamped a referral for me to see a specialist. The paper was not for me but for another patient which was not even the same name as the chart he had opened previously.
Mistaken patient identities are extremely dangerous and could have severe consequences. I will not be returning here.
