5 /5 Salvatore Manzo: I have to say at 25 years old and needing a lot of dental work done, this place has been the best of the best. The front desk and office manager/ surgical coordinator Rosalia have been nothing but a breeze to work with. All these negative reviews I would have to assume are from people who have had to pay money out of pocket, but as a 25 year old, I already know insurance is the biggest scam and how can you put blame on this wonderful practice for collecting money for their services. I would highly recommend to anyone, I have brought my own mother/ father to this office and they fell in love with the doctors and members of the crew. 10/10 recommend

1 /5 Nicolette H: WOW!!! Before even writing my review I see the others who had the same problem as me!!! NASTY AND RUDE FRONT DESK AND MANAGEMENT NO WONDER!!!! Get rid of the TRASH if you want customers!! They are paid to answer questions and refuse to! Lazy and no good! Was going to make a appointment here until when I was asking questions about my insuraunce I was told “I don’t know what to tell you” “call your insurance and figure it out” then abruptly hung up on. Then I speak to the office manager “Rosalia” who was equally as rude saying she was not going to apologize for her employees rude behavior that it’s my responsibility to know about insurances when all I was asking was to know what type of insurances they accepted through what HMO. I have never ever been spoken to that way by both an employer and a supposed “manager” every other dentist I called was quick to look up my ID NUMBER and was very professional when speaking. Maybe they are too old to be dealing with customers they should retire because this is not the way!!!!! No matter how frustrating you should always be professional when speaking with customers! I cannot believe the type of treatment I received!!! Will be putting in a formal complaint! How dare they. Then the office manager said “you sound really upset and your not going to be upset with me it ain’t gunna happen” meanwhile yea im upset I was just spoke to and treated like im trash from minimum wage front desk service! And instead of apologizing for her behavior she condoned it! There is a way to say we can’t help you call your insurance and telling me I don’t know what to tell you and to figure it out and hung up on is not the way!!!!

1 /5 Doreen Hafele: I dont know where to start! I was a patient. i am 100% service connected disabled. The Dentist are great but because of my illnesses it cannot be helped i am losing all my teeth..MOving forward I called to have a denture made, because i cannot hold food down the acid ate away the teeth under the caps.. I was informed I have no coverage!! not true i have same coverage as always!! I asked how this is and gave them my insurance even though it should be in computer.. My daughter just left the office has the same coverage... I was told NO SHE DOESNT, THere are Many coverages!!.. So i politely told her i would call my provider and see what should be done or if i should change coverages....and call her back. THEY DO TAKE MY COVERAGE>>I DO HAVE THE SAME AS MY DAUGHTER>> I call back, put on hold 3x.. i explained the coverage is accepted and my daughter does have the same..She tells me "If i would have given her a minute she would have told me she verified my insurance".. AT no time did she say she would do this.. she was adamant MY INSURANCE WAS NO GOOD!! If i didnt call back was she going to call me?? NOw she didnt like my tone and dropped me as a patient!! I dont know what the problem with this office manager is Her behavior is not normal??? I even asked the receptionist if she was going through some crisis? She made it clear she runs the show not the dentist and refused to let me speak to them!!

5 /5 Richard Guenkel: My dentist was very nice and personable. He made you feel at ease and comfortable. The office staff was also very nice from reception to the dental assistant. Thank you Dr.Andrew.

1 /5 Tony Damato: I have been going to Family Health Dental for over 25 years and the receptionists out front are absolute garbage and the office Manager “Rosalia” who is equally as rude. The office kept on canceling my cleaning appointments and when I told her that I wanted to talk to the dentist she started yelling at me and hung up. Ten minutes later the office Manager called me and was yelling at me saying that i was yelling at the receptionist which is a lie and she decided to drop me because I was the one that was rude. The dentists as well as the dental hygienists are good which is a shame.
