Angie I came to this office after 2 failed attempts for a root canal at 2 other offices on the island. Dr Rhee was the man who was able to start and complete the root canal on my daughter who suffers from severe Anxiety disorder. It does help that Dr Rhee knows how to administer the correct medicine and how to take his patients. Other doctors did not know how to add and were mean to her disorder and not compassionate. Not at this office. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to his assistant were so kind and gentle. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them and how they took care of my daughter. Hands down the best on the island. Thank you Dr Rhee, To the assistant and staff for going above and beyond.

Kim I recently moved to this side of the island and needed a new dentist since my previous dentists was My dentist was all the way in Brooklyn. Let me just say I’m super sentsitive and very picky when it comes to choosing a dentist lol . … so I called to make an appointment and they accommodated me very quickly . Easy check in , clean office & latest technology. Receptionist were helpful and nice , Xray tech was also nice and quick with the process . The hygienist gave me the best cleaning ever and She was very thorough . Then I met with the Doc Ganna , she was sweet and very knowledgeable. Im super sensitive and have tons to get done but I’m confident and comfortable with the team . so glad I found this gem of an office . Great experience here today :) thanks ladies !!

Michelle When my insurance changed, I chose this office because I had a dental emergency. Everyone I had to deal with has been super professional & nice. They took care of my issues, & my cleanings have been quick & thorough. Yes, bring a book-the wait can be long sometimes, but theyll take care of you.

james romano Dr Novo and staff are truly the greatest !!!! I love them all !!! Easily the most honest DDS on Staten Island,,,,,,he has hands of gold...and caters to the anxious patient ! I have lost count with the number of implants and extractions I have done with him over the past 2 decades !!!!

taylor white I called to see if they took my insurance they were happy to take me asap got me in with a cancellation appointment the next day and my cavity filled within the same week. Staff has great attitude, dentist very professional and always checking in making sure you’re okay and not in pain. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and there’s Great Wall art to admire while you’re there. 5 stars all around.

mustafa hamad I woke up early in the morning (5am) with my right cheek swollen and in so much pain. I called in hopes of striking gold and thats exactly what happened. Judy texted me with great respect and urgency to get me in that day for a root canal. I cannot stress this enough, this was the best dentist experience Ive ever had. Dr. Zaccariello doesnt go in til 1pm. He came in at 9:30 for an emergency appointment for me. Gentle, kind, respectful and informative, he allowed me to feel comfortable. This is the place to go for Dentistry.

angela roseo Had a wonderful visit at Staten Island Dental Boutique today. Office is beautiful and clean. Staff was welcoming and very pleasant. Dr Ronan was great, listed to all my concerns, took her time explaining next steps and made sure I was feeling good before I left. My teeth cleaning was great also and I received a great gift. Im extremely pleased with the all around care.

Sherry Paige This office is professional , super clean , honest & makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is wonderful. The DDS is very nice & she is compassionate . I had what I thought was an emergency bc my gum in the back of my mouth was hurting & I had no idea why , I actually thought the worst of the worst & a piece of popcorn was stuck under my gum & was removed ( wouldn’t have tried that at home) . I highly reccomend this DDS !

Lori B I was actually a customer of Dental Association of Staten Island for several years before it became Smilist Dental. The front desk staff: Gabriel, Denise, Christine and Gino are awesome. Josephine or, as I call her, Josie, my Dental Hygienist, and my dentist, Dr.Mark Severino, are truly amazing. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and professional. They treat me like family and go beyond the max to ensure Im okay on all levels. Clean environment and pleasant atmosphere helps create a positive 5 STAR experience.
