Alex Kosicki I first saw Dr. Hecht almost 26 years ago when I was in desperate need for full dental care. He saw me abd explained everything to me and even went above and beyond, to ensure I felt safe and worry free. 26 years later, I now have implants from another place but Dr. Hecht is one dentist Ill always remember. If I get some money in place Id see him again but I am also no longer in Staten Island, either. If I was there, hed be my dentist 100%. He is one of the best in the country! He is great. Youll be perfectly fine in under his care.

Someone Else A lovely group of dental professionals. Communication was clear and frequent prior to my arrival. The entire facility is clean, well lit and spacious. Care and comfort that are truly unmatched on the island. If you need your wisdom tooth out ASAP, it would be unwise to look elsewhere :)

Aysha Naveed my sister has been going here for years so i switched over due to severe tooth pain I’ve been having. my mom scheduled the appt for me and once i got there we realized it was two weeks out. the receptionists are so so nice and still squeezed me in anyway - the entire staff was extremely efficient and super kind. the x ray tech explained to me what he was doing and warning me for discomfort before putting the bite piece in which I really appreciated. dentist was also super super efficient and took me seriously when I pointed out which tooth on the x rays was bothering me, and when I said I thought my wisdom teeth were coming in and bothering me. He recommended a root canal and had me schedule a follow up - all of that was done in under an hour and a half, great team all around. will update post next appts but honestly even from this first appt I can tell they’re definitely worth the 5 stars.

Lisa Pipitone Dr Ruggieri and his assistants are fantastic. Had implant surgery and I was so nervous. They were wonderful and put me at ease. Only needed to take one Motrin and felt nothing after that. Wonderful experience.

Arieta Sej The amount of stars depends on the doctor. I first had Dr. Sadina Roselin for a cavity filling and I had such a bad experience I was ready to give one star and never go back. She was so unprofessional and rude to not only me but to the staff as well. Ive never experienced anything like it. She refused to explain anything, she audibly laughed when I said I was in pain, water was spilling down my neck, it was just overall a terrible experience. She yelled at me at one point for closing my mouth...I did not and she was visibly annoyed the rest of the appointment. BUTTTTT I went back and switched to Dr. Om Chainani, the owner, and I was BLOWN AWAY at the difference!!! He was so patient and kind with me. He explained every small detail, asked if I was in any pain during the filling, understood where my pain was coming from and calmly explained the reasoning behind it. He apologized once for taking longer on the filling because he wanted it to be perfect. Id rather have that!! If youre going to come here book with him!! 5 stars for Dr. Om Chainani!! (also the receptionists were always super helpful and kind. I constantly had issues with insurance and referrals and they were always patient and ready to help. Not sure what the others reviews are on about. 5 stars for them too!)

The office is clean and runs efficiently—no long wait times, just excellent care. Dr. Cipriano is an outstanding dentist who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always leave feeling confident that my dental health is in the best hands. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist, look no further. Dr. Cipriano is simply the best. 10/10—highly recommend!

Juliano Valladares Between the front desk staff and Dr. Farid, this is the most understanding and welcoming dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Farid is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything step by step during any procedure, which really puts you at ease. Every time I’ve come in for a cleaning, the staff handling the X-rays have been so gentle—I’ve never experienced any discomfort or gagging. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and compassionate dental team!
