Joseph Gottuso I had quadruple open-heart surgery done here in May 2023. I can’t say anything bad about it. The experience there was heartwarming. The nurses were great. The doctor was awesome. Everything went well and they pushed me through the process. The only bad thing I have to say is that one of the rooms when I was in recovery was pretty bad Then I have no functioning air conditioning or any of that stuff and we had to use fans to try to stay cool and it was very uncomfortable after having such an invasive surgery but other than that the place is a got gave me a new lease on life. I can’t say Anything bad about the actual doctors or nurses cause they were great. anytime I get to rave about my surgery and talk to people about it. I was telling him to go there and have it done there because you’re definitely not gonna be in a bad way there. They treat you good.

Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Michelle Orr 900 Lark Dr. in Albany Whitney Young Dental I was in a lot of pain. I got in fast with an emergency appointment. Everyone there is very nice. Pleasant answered all my questions did not rush me very clean. They were very thorough with my tooth extraction. They took an x-ray after to make sure there is nothing left behind. I will be going back special thanks to Tracy and Liz. They helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

Joseph Doslop Dr Yoon removed my sons tonsils and adenoids with no complications two weeks ago. She seemed professional to me. What others addressed as concerns in reviews I didnt experience.

Diane Marshall WCCA has helped me on 2 different floors. I can’t speak enough about the amazing offices. There has never been anyone be anything more than generous with me or with time. I have a checkup there tomorrow and look forward to visit with everyone.

D Taras The last place I want to be is in an emergency animal hospital . It’s scary when your fur baby requires immediate attention especially on a Sunday morning . However the staff makes you feel welcome & offers the fastest care they can . We were seen within 30 minutes & the veterinary doctor assured us he had a soft tissue injury & didn’t think he needed any X-rays . He prescribed pain medication & instructions for 10 days & could follow up with our own vet if anything came up, I feel they were compassionate , understanding, and took great care of our fur patient. The hospital waiting room is very clean & large with plenty of seats . It even had a coffee bar and vending machine . I highly recommend this animal hospital. This is my girl waiting patiently for her brother .
