Zoë Maldonado I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Sharon Pushman I took my 17 year old for a consult to have her compacted wisdom teeth removed. She is on the autism spectrum and although very high functioning, she gets anxious. The office was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. Reception was helpful at check in and put her and me both at ease. The assistant explained everything to us nicely and thoroughly. Then the doctor came in and graciously answered our questions. We both felt that it was a great experience and have her upcoming surgery scheduled.

Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Judy Rodgers Dr Flik was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I took him an MRI film from a 3rd world country. He had me do an x-ray and quickly gave me a diagnosis that I recognized as true. This is after 15 months of cortisone shots, PT and other processes that werent helping. I appreciated his knowledge, kindness and willingness to help as quickly as possible.

Garret Bever I went for my first visit here today and my experience overall was top notch. I was seen by Nancy (NP) only so I can only speak to my own experience. I was concerned about the reviews before I went, but noticed almost all dermatologists in the area have 3 stars or so I went for it. First, the facility is very nice, clean and inviting compared to other offices Ive been to. Nancy is awesome, great personality, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great conversation with her and she taught me a lot. All of the nurses and reception staff were very nice, unlike what I read here in some of the other reviews. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 which is very reasonable in my opinion. Ive been to a few dermatologists and this was by far the best experience I have had. Glad to have locked in a go to doctor in the area.

Nicolos Singh I had a fantastic experience at my visit this evening. The receptionist (Gabrielle) was welcoming, the nurse (Joy) was kind and professional, and Dr. Danielle was thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care and a smooth experience. Plus, free secure parking is available, which makes the visit even more convenient.

America Ray Dr. Sandra Horn was the only provider that was phenomenal!! She provided therapy for my post partum stage and after. She has moved on to pursue other goals and she is definitely missed!!!

Krista Bowens I really have to say that this hospital is very busy and yes the wait for the time is long. But I suffer from a heart issue and I have gone to 3 other hospitals in new york and never had my issue resolved until I went to Saratoga. I may have had long waits but they did ask the testing needed and found the issue and fixed it for me. I am blessed to all be alive today. Yes hospitals are no fun going to or being admitted to but I am happy with the care I received. The nurses I had while I had a short stay were great especially Bobby. Im glad Saratoga took care of me and Im in the road to recovery again. Only reason for 4 stars is yes the wait time but I was understating with the amount of people that needed care and treatment. They sure are busy and do try there hardest.

Riana Honestly I was thinking twice to come here since I just moved from the city but honestly they were very fast very nice The doctors listen and go with my opinion which is great My daughter is soo sick they took her in right away So far I’ve had good experience
