5 /5 Nichole Gamache: Yesterday I had my first appointment with this wonderful establishment. I was checked in by the nicest patient care representative who later brought me to the back to be changed and to the waiting room. The atmosphere was clean and inviting decor. The radiology technician came to get me and asked if I would be ok with a student with her which I agreed. Her name was Tracy A. She explained every movement and all the reasonings which made me feel very confident and comfortable with her and this entire process. She is the model for trainers. I had minimal wait time between every task as well. The student, technician and patient registrars need a big shout out. All my nervousness went out the door with every interaction. Thank you all for making my first appointment educational and easy.

1 /5 Jenice Tripi: They double billed me for a biopsy procedure that they had to do 2 times because the Dr missed the spot in question the 1st procedure and openly admitted to missing the spot in question. Then a year later they scheduled me an appt at 5:30. When I showed up for my appt the doors locked. When I knocked on the door, a woman came to the door stating that they were closed as they close at 5:30. Even though their hours of operation on the internet and their own phone line say they are open till 6pm. The woman was very rude and seemed inconvenienced that I wanted her to look at the schedule. She did, came back saying it was at 5:20 and then proceeds to tell me they are scheduling for December now....While continuing to being rude. When I got made at her lack of professionalism she told me that I didnt need to be rude. I was appalled and left! I will be going to another facility as the incompetence of this facility is appalling.

1 /5 diane marcoux: I tried to schedule my yearly mammogram today and was unable to do so. I have a written order from my doctor but apparently unless they “have called the order in”, they will not give me an appt. I reiterated with both scheduling and Women’s Imaging staff that I have an order. Both declined to give me an appt. I am a 64 yr old woman with a history of breast cysts. Women’s Imaging is Not interested in women’s health. I would recommend that women seek imaging elsewhere.

5 /5 SUSAN SEGUIN: Been going there for years and never had any problems.. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Took me right on time and I was out in 15 minutes…

1 /5 Melinda Fewster: The woman doing my mammogram was disgustingly rude. She berated me with questions as to why I was there. I felt so stupid for even going despite it being suggested by Burlington for routine screenings at my age with previous inconclusive findings from other imaging. She needs a different job. It appears others have also experienced her distaste for doing her job despite each individuals needs and concerns. You must imagine how gross her lack of empathy in that position is if people are willing to publicly post their private encounter for the off chance she will see it and it might change her tune for other patients.
