5 /5 Dot Donahue: No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesnt seem fair. Ive been going here for about 15 years. If youre lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, youre set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! One of the best features is they alert you when an earlier appt opens up, and you can accept it through the portal. It also has tons of your health records accessible, even from 15 years ago! Sure there are some downsides. But those issues would apply to any large doctors office, and they dont deter my 5⭐ rating.

1 /5 Kari Baxter: They claim both online and in their phone message that they’re open from 8-5 and take calls during those hours, but that’s untrue. Further, when you do finally get ahold of someone, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an appointment, even as an established patient.

1 /5 Toad Tomma (Kat): The doctors are very nice and pleasant. But on two separate occasions I had set up appointments and a few days before each one the doctor was not in so they had to schedule me further out. By the time I had finally gone in for my first appointment it had been over a few months.

1 /5 michael McCorry: Used to be a good place. Since VT. took over not so much. Unresponsive to referrals. Providers argumentative and condescending. Unwilling to allow personal management of your own care. Totally disappointed in the entire operation. Have left this practice and got new primary.
