Cvph - Plattsburgh (NY)

1 /5 Shauna Connell: Today January 15, 2024, I went to CVPH @ 1:45pm for Abdominal pain in and around my belly button. They checked me in and I waited two hours before they brought me in the ER and took an ultrasound sound where I was told I needed blood work and a CT scan down. Then I waited an hour and a half to forty five minutes waiting for blood work. They ended up doing the blood work at 6:15 PM and then they told me they would be back out to get me once the results were in from my blood work, which then it was two hours later they still haven’t came to get me. I went up to the receptionist desk and asked when I was gonna get my CT scan, and she tells me I have no clue. We have to see how many patients there were before you, mind you I’ve been there since 1:45 in severe pain! I waited from 6:30-8:00 waiting and waiting but nobody bothered to give me answers or get me in for my CT scan. The services were absolutely ridiculous and disappointing! I will never go back to this hospital! Alice Hyde Medical center in malone does so much better at their services than this place any day!

1 /5 C Lamendola: Evil hospital. Evil staff. Dr. Rattner is the scum of the earth. A bunch of liars. Each nurse or doctor gives you contradictory information. Glorified murderers. Fire Lori Ammerman, and Jamie Conklin (lots of others need to go as well). Keep your vulnerable and disabled loved ones away from these psychopaths! They literally smile when they give you bad news! Their eyes light up. They know NOTHING about their patients medical history, or progression, yet try to bully you into killing them. And become downright FURIOUS when you refuse!They have HORRIFIC bedside manners!

2 /5 Kath Richards: I couldnt go with my companion and Im his hcp. He had heart stints put in and not one person has called me. Thus place needs more communication.

1 /5 Lavender 23: What is the logic behind only allowing two visitors per person? I rarely go to the hospital and arrived with my family to visit our uncle and the lady looked at me and said “you’re all together?!” No need to be rude about it. Sorry I don’t know your nonsensical rules.
