1 /5 lisa roberts: I have been going to this office for probably 20 years and its done nothing but went downhill. If you make a phone call to them, you dont get called back for weeks. If you want results of anything you dont get a call back.
The women that work in the office are rude. I dont have issues with any of the doctors here. Its the people that work in the office. Theyre just plain rude. Today was not the first time Ive noticed an attitude from the people in the office, but it will be the last time. I just spent the last hour making phone calls back and forth between the insurance and the doctors office,because i was being billed for something my insurance covers...a free yearly physical. these women in the billing department didnt want to call the insurance because they claimed they did not get a code wrong that this visit was billed under. Even though my insurance told me that it was billed under the wrong code,and even gave me the right code to give them .when i gave the right code to them they told me no thats not it,so i asked "please can you call my insurance" because my insurance specifically said to me ask them to call us and we can straighten all this out so you wont be billed for this. These women still had an issue with calling my insurance ,just kept telling me there was nothing more they could do! The last woman I spoke to in billing told me she was getting ready to leave soon so shed have to call them tomorrow instead ,even though it was only 3:40 in the afternoon, it was obvious she was just blowing me off. For some reason they did not want to admit that they had put the wrong code in and I was getting billed for it .I have no bills that i owe at this office and i have always paid my copay before my visit. Theyre going to wish they had called my insurance because my insurance would have paid for this visit...I, on the other hand, will not be.
Long story short, Ive changed my primary care to a much better place.Im done with this office. Good luck to anybody who goes here.
