I came to them in crisis mode after receiving a terrible haircut elsewhere that left me looking like a mushroom head – uneven layers, wrong length, badly shaped, and completely different from what I had asked for. With a wedding to attend, I was desperate for help. From the moment I called, the experience was outstanding. Colby, who answered the phone, showed incredible empathy and went above and beyond to help me. Despite my tight timeline, instead of turning me away, he worked behind the scenes to find a solution. Enter Anna, who graciously agreed to stay after hours to help salvage my hair. What impressed me most about Anna was her combination of technical expertise and honesty. She took the time to explain what could realistically be done with my hair in its current state, while still working to get as close as possible to my desired look. Her problem-solving approach and attention to detail were evident as she reshaped and layered my hair, transforming it into something I could feel confident about again. The level of service I received has earned them a loyal customer. If youre considering a new salon, I cannot recommend Julianna Salon enough. The care, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond demonstrated by Colby and Anna are truly exceptional and reflect the outstanding quality of this establishment.

Jennifer Ratcliff I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding with Marie. My mother also had her hair and makeup and my wife had her makeup done here. I had some injuries on my face that were healing that I was self conscious about but Marie was very warm and attentive to making me feel like a beautiful bride. I also did my hair and makeup trial with her which I would recommend, as it gave me an opportunity to make a few tweaks to my plan. Amazingly my hair and makeup stayed in place for the entire day and evening. She is great to work with. I do not have all of my photos but I have included a few here as a sample. Diane Merzbach Ive been going to Jen for almost 20 years and have never had a bad hair cut, color, or style from her. Shes done everything from prom updos, to every shade of color under the sun, to cutting all my hair off to donate. I always recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone new. The salon itself is very clean and well taken care of. They offer other services, which I have yet to try, but have heard great things about as well. I would highly recommend this place!

Heather Balonek I am very indecisive when it comes to my hair and color. Crystal took her time going through the book and comparing colors to my skin tone to make sure we achieved what I was looking for. We spent almost an hour looking and there was no rushing or pressure for me to decide! Pricing can be hard these days with hair services and she made sure the service was affordable and reasonable with amazing results. Her attention to detail on short hair cuts is also something that is very hard to find. She takes her time and knows the perfect cut that will look best with your face. 5 star service will look forward to coming back again.

Mickey Jordan The salon is beautiful, owner Kristina is so sweet. Chris greeted us at the front desk and immediately took our coats and offered drinks. The pup Rocky is so adorable, he came up to say hi. My son wanted a very specific haircut inspired by Tim Henson, it’s a very detailed and a bit unusual style. Ella was our stylist, she has great customer service, she took her time listening to a request and looking through inspiration photos. Ella worked on getting every detail right, she used scissors and razor to get the cool choppy look and styled it in two different ways to show how it can be worn (for additional cost as my son needed extra help on styling tips). My son said the shampoo and head massage was amazing. He has got so many compliments on his new haircut. We’ve already been back a few times, customers for life.

Andrea LoTurco Firstly, the studio is the cutest thing ever! Everything is so aesthetically pleasing and very much tailored to the client! It is spacious and has a huge window with lots of natural light so it feels very open in there. There is a little snack bar with treats as well as Whatever drink you prefer! Also, she has a dang ice machine! I love a drink with ice so that is such a nice touch. You can tell that Abbi Was so intentional about the space because everything in there feels cohesive with her brand and branding Colors. That’s just the beginning, the intentionality makes me as the client feel at home and in good hands because you can tell a lot of work went into the small details of the space In general. Abbi Is one of the most kind, genuine and open-minded people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! She truly seeks to provide her client with a great experience as well as a great result! I love the fact that she continues to seek out education opportunities to hone Her craft and she doesn’t keep it to herself. She is a huge advocate for educating other hairstylist and sharing how she has learned and grown in her business. One of the things that sets her apart, I feel, is her genuine love and care for people beyond a paycheck. She helps to customize my hair color or extensions Specifically to me. With her, it is not just a one-size-fits-all, but she takes so many other things into account to give you the best hair for you As an individual. I have been with Abbi For two years now, and I have never loved my hair more! I get compliments daily on my hair and people are truly shocked when I tell them that I have extensions in Because they are that seamless and undetected. She has provided me with the education as well to continue to allow my hair to thrive outside of the salon. I feel truly equipped to care for my hair and a healthy way And protect its longevity! I truly feel more confident, more myself and like a rockstar with my hair on a daily basis. I cannot recommend the salon and Abbi more!!
