Bridget L Best salon I have found in Rochester. The atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat, and positive. Very friendly staff. Charlie, my stylist, takes his time to ensure he understands what I want. He works with me and offers suggestions and color options to compliment my features. He has an incredible eye for detail and flawless techniques. He takes his time to give me styling tips and pointers on how to maintain my hair. I have never received so many compliments on my hair, as I have since being with Charlie!! It is an extremely positive experience every time I visit the Gallery Salon!!

Yelena Shapiro My facial with Mila was very relaxing! Mila is very knowledgeable , friendly and funny. All the staff is friendly and the salon is beautifully decorated. I can’t wait to come back!

Margie Weaver This salon is amazing! I asked my friend who cut and colored her hair and she gave me Angelo’s name from Kicks Salon on Alexander Street in Rochester, NY! I made an appointment for a cut and color and have never looked back! Angelo listens to you and makes you feel so at ease! Not only is he the best stylist in the city but he is a great person too! If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would!

Cohen Sprague This salon is absolutely incredible. Staff to owner, everyone is so unbelievably kind. Arley has been my stylist for awhile. He consistently provides detailed information on how to handle my hair and goes above and beyond to provide the extra information for all the little things that might bother me with my hair care even if its unrelated to what Im doing that day. He even gave wonderful advice to my girlfriend who wasnt a customer there at the time. Not to mention how incredibly affordable hair care is here compared to the area. All around I couldnt recommend another place in Rochester to find quality service! I will go here for my haircuts every time for as long as I can!

Eric Lundgren Stevi has been my only hair stylist for many years providing styling and highlights. She is a good listener to understand what I want and she offers great recommendations. The outcome always exceeds my expectations. The salon provides a very pleasant atmosphere.

Andrea LoTurco Firstly, the studio is the cutest thing ever! Everything is so aesthetically pleasing and very much tailored to the client! It is spacious and has a huge window with lots of natural light so it feels very open in there. There is a little snack bar with treats as well as Whatever drink you prefer! Also, she has a dang ice machine! I love a drink with ice so that is such a nice touch. You can tell that Abbi Was so intentional about the space because everything in there feels cohesive with her brand and branding Colors. That’s just the beginning, the intentionality makes me as the client feel at home and in good hands because you can tell a lot of work went into the small details of the space In general. Abbi Is one of the most kind, genuine and open-minded people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! She truly seeks to provide her client with a great experience as well as a great result! I love the fact that she continues to seek out education opportunities to hone Her craft and she doesn’t keep it to herself. She is a huge advocate for educating other hairstylist and sharing how she has learned and grown in her business. One of the things that sets her apart, I feel, is her genuine love and care for people beyond a paycheck. She helps to customize my hair color or extensions Specifically to me. With her, it is not just a one-size-fits-all, but she takes so many other things into account to give you the best hair for you As an individual. I have been with Abbi For two years now, and I have never loved my hair more! I get compliments daily on my hair and people are truly shocked when I tell them that I have extensions in Because they are that seamless and undetected. She has provided me with the education as well to continue to allow my hair to thrive outside of the salon. I feel truly equipped to care for my hair and a healthy way And protect its longevity! I truly feel more confident, more myself and like a rockstar with my hair on a daily basis. I cannot recommend the salon and Abbi more!!

Victoria T This place has been on my radar for a while and I finally set up my appointment when I saw their big rainbow sign in the window as I drove by the other day. They were able to add me to their schedule last minute and Heather cut my curls to perfection. I feel bouncy and boing-y. Definitely will be back, I’m so happy!

Alexandria Holmes I have been going to Lindsay since May of this year. I have always wanted my hair to be either purple or Indigo (a mix of blue and purple) and she went even farther than what I thought I wanted. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, hilarious, and is the best Stylist I have ever had and believe I ever will have. My hair is THICK, like crazy thick, and it took her EIGHT hours the very first time I went but she was consistent the entire time. I am a changed person ever since my first appointment and I always look forward to seeing her, watching her work her fabulous magic, renewing my soul every time. She deserves and earns her rates, I personally have no complaints. This is the One thing I spend on myself every couple months and it absolutely is worth it. I recommend Lindsay especially if youre like me wanting to get that perfect, daring, vivid, color. She does it with excellence, and she does it right, and the colors lasts. I love experiencing the evolution of my hair over these last couple months. I trust the process with Lindsay and let her do what she does best as she is intuitive to my hair goals. Michaela Keller Ive been going to Melanie for years and she always delivers. She has provided great insight and service and always listens to me and meets my needs.
