1 /5 Dalitza Gómez: Wont be going back here again, I asked to see if I can be seen and they didnt get back to me till 315pm, the Dr. Jane James told the triage nurse to tell me to take allergy meds when Ive been having symptoms for 3 days going on 4 days. Nurse kind of tried brushing me off so I had enough and told her I will be getting seen by a different doctor that is willing to listen and give me a check up, if it wasnt for me going to this other doctor I wouldve ended up with bronchitis, since my concerns werent good enough for this dr. Office. Dont recommend anyone to go to this Dr. Office

1 /5 Dawn Clark: If you can go anywhere else, but General Physicians to see Dr.Michelle Potempa for Dr. Vincent Lee I suggest you do so. One month ago, I almost died twice within one week all because they would not take me off of a medication that was not needed for me. I have never suffered from heart problems ever ever in my life, I am 50 years old, I have always been pretty healthy. However, I have issues with my hips and back. That caused fluid buildup in my legs. So I had been taking a 5 mg hydrochlorothiazide pill for multiple years for the fluid in my legs however, Dr. Potempa and her coworkers saw the need to continue to raise my medication, claiming it was for high blood pressure issues that I never had and took that medication from 5 mg to 50 within three months. It depleted my potassium, sodium and magnesium levels to deathly low volumes. I had to be admitted to the hospital twice and I was in the emergency room multiple other times over a two month period from January 25 2024 until March 28 2024. The first time I was admitted was for a 24 hour stay to have potassium chloride flushed into my system through IV and magnesium. I also had to take pills then again, two weeks after that, I was admitted for five days with multiple IVs at the same time, because my potassium would not go back up because they wouldn’t take me off of that pill. However, the hospital doctors took me off that pill immediately within two days. My levels were normal no high blood pressure either. I do not recommend these doctors or their other practitioners within the General Physicians practice. They are all basically in it for the money they will write a prescription for something quicker than anything even if they don’t see you in their office

2 /5 Sarah Martin: The nurses I have seen have always been kind and helpful. However, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was condescending and made me feel small over a tiny inconvenience. I missed their call twice but called back each time. The receptionist began questioning me, asking things like “don’t you have your phone with you?” She told me that “this phone tag” is ridiculous and I need to be better about hearing my phone. This was on a Monday afternoon. I was busy. I am sure that people miss calls all the time and the worst part was it was only to schedule a routine physical. No one should be spoken to like she spoke to me.

4 /5 Jessica DemMc: I really like this office. Ashley and Melanie are great, they take their time with you and listen to your concerns. The office is clean and all of the staff are very friendly. The only thing I do not like is their patient portal. Unlike other patient portals, you cannot see much and it constantly logs you out while you’re trying to send a message or navigate the site.

1 /5 Caitlin Dean: The receptionist is terrible. I’m a type 1 diabetic, so I catch colds quick and they last long. I had to reschedule an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well. And had to reschedule the next following 2 appointments due to funerals. Bad timing, I know, but obviously out of my control. The one doctor there also put me on a medication you have to be weened off of. Seen them in February. Tried to see them in June and was told, I had been discharged from that office. No letter. No phone call/voicemail to let me know. Yeah, so that medicine I have to be weened off of…no more prescription. I had to deal with all the side effects. Basically, terrible with bed side manner and terrible communication.
