Lcoq19 Not sure why people are having issues here. Ive been with Dr Joe since the Brockton dr clinic opened and Dr Basra since she first began working there. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and I love all the staff there. I always feel listened to and like my needs are met. Im happy for them being able to move to the new location at 6001 Shimer dr because it means so many more people will have access to wonderful doctors and top notch Healthcare! Please dont let bad reviews from frustrated people cause you to miss out on a compassionate Healthcare team. I really cant say enough good things about them! Im someone with a lot of health issues and the doctors have been compassionate and proactive when new issues arise. Id even go so far as to say they are the best doctors Ive ever had! Just be sure to tell them what you need the appointment for when scheduling, especially if it includes paperwork since they do need to allot for time to complete it.

Momma OMany Made an 8:30 am appointment, signed in via the app, and was seen by 9. Very kind phlebotomist, very gentle with the needle as well. It was VERY busy but they were very quick to move people through. Definitely DO NOT go to this location without an appointment...its very busy. Definitely recommend.

Dyan Balcerzak Had a great experience at Wellnow urgent care. Our Pa was Megan and she made both my husband and myself feel so comfortable. She was kind , asked lots of questions and took the best care of us. Our nurse Desiree was also so kind and caring. The girl who checked us in was great too. We had a little wait , but the superior care we received was worth the wait. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all again as we are now on medication that will makes us well.❤️❤️❤️

Amy Houseman Dr. Piwko has been an absolute life changer to my family. His staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the nurse practitioners to Dr. Piwko himself are all absolutely amazing. They greet you like your one of the family and are compassionate about what youre going through. My mother recently switched from the awful care of Dr. Clerk to him and they tried everything in their power to help her. With all of us they didnt just push pills they actually tried to find the answer! They do what a doctor should and investigate what is going on instead of guessing. My whole family comes here now and Im forever grateful.

Angie Parrish Dr. Lewis and staff are amazing! My girl Lola loved her experience and left happy and I left happy as a new dog mom. Dr Lewis and staff are very helpful, compassionate, loving, caring, and Dr is very thorough doing exams and listens to all worries and concerns you may have. Explains and shows everything to you. Prices are very fare and reasonable. If there are options your sure to have them that best suites you and your pet. Nothing is never recommended thats not necessary for your pet for the best care you can give. I would highly recommend taking a visit. I know Lola will be for many years to come.

Wendy Merkle If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr. Potempa has been my MD for 16 years or so. I am not always a compliant patient. She navigated several health concerns with me and my husband (he is a patient too), in a caring, professional, compassionate way. She has always taken time to ask me if I have questions before I leave. Lori her nurse is a doll and knows that weight has always been my lifetime issue, and for many years she let me get on the scale backwards so I didnt see the number. (It was that or I wasnt coming.) For the record I dont do that anymore. :) Dr. Potempa knew the right amount of tough love I needed. It took me a while to understand she was on my side... I know she will be on yours too.

Nicole Heitzenrater We love Lindsey!! She is amazing and has taken such great care of my newborn. She treats your childrens needs as if they were her own. She is kind and listens, we never feel rushed! We have also seen Dr. Beney he is thorough yet patient. I highly recommend this office.
