Jay Cordero Ive come here to treat my PCOS. Dr Baker is an awesome doctor. What I will say about this place is when I do need my ibuprofen I could never receive it. I always get the runarounds about me calling the pharmacy then the pharmacy tells me to call the doctor. I havent received my medicine in months because its so difficult to get Ibuprofen. I do not recommend this place.

Sata W I’m actually very emotional while writing this , the nurses and doctors in the PICU were nothing less than amazing, my 7 year old suffered from a severe asthma attack and everyone there treated her , me and her dad so wonderful, they handled her with such care and importance, I want to give a special thanks to nurse Emma and the guy she was training (sorry I didn’t catch his name) lol but they were so friendly and good with my daughter , my daughter really favored those 2. They made her feel so comfortable and catered too , They’re definitely in the right field caring for children, Albany med has the best PICU department ever.Thank you for everything, God bless you all ♥️

Girl Garden (GardenGirl65) This was the first appointment with this provider. I accompanied an elderly family member for their appointment. Dr Ted was kind and spoke directly with my family member. He also listened attentively to the details I recounted and then offered follow up input for moving forward. He also retrieved information quickly to help him evaluate the circumstances of the visit. He was clear on a f/u plan, his concerns and when to see him next. Directed us to other providers for f/u. He also discussed delicate information with my family member and was kind but direct re information and provided paper work and guidance. We both liked Dr Ted very much. Very productive appointment.

April B Shannon and her nurse Tymeka are both caring, compassionate, and thorough providers! They treated my 80+yr old grandmother for the last 4yrs and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend them both!

Williams Kelvin (Heart Beat Music) I had the pleasure of DJing the NYE Family Party for the New Albany Country Club! This place has absolutely gorgeous decor. This was an amazing, high energy event filled with happy Kiddos and their parents! The GM Bryan and his associate Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Looking forward to working with them again!

Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Siobhan MacLeod Went in for a yearly mole check. The office staff were very courteous and helped me with the portal log in. I met with Leena Brown and her nurse who were both amazing. Took their time with me and removed two problem areas. Very satisfied with the entire office and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Elise Zvirzdin Came here for surgery and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience go more smoothly. They helped alleviate some of my nerves by getting to know me and making a few jokes. The post-op nurse Joel is straight from heaven! What a patient and compassionate person. I was so grateful to have him take care of me when I was in pain.
