5 /5 Siobhan MacLeod: Went in for a yearly mole check. The office staff were very courteous and helped me with the portal log in. I met with Leena Brown and her nurse who were both amazing. Took their time with me and removed two problem areas. Very satisfied with the entire office and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

5 /5 Bob Munro: I had a mole-like growth on my arm and a filled growth on my back. I’m awaiting the biopsy results for my arm but both growths were taken care of by Leena Brown and her MA Courtney and they made the experience both pain and worry free. They were both so professional, caring, courteous and friendly that it made the whole experience so much better than expected. I highly recommend both of these professionals.

2 /5 Jon Montgomery: I have been a patient at this office for a few years, even since it was Albany Dermatology. My PA changed a few times, because I guess they had a lot of turnover. Since the change, I havent had much confidence in the staff. Wait times are long. I keep getting new medical staff, who seem very young and but very knowledgeable. Im getting older, and getting more moles and skin tags etc in my body, but the PA I had last told me that " normally your body should stop getting new freckles and moles after you reach adulthood". My wife told me to find a new dermatologist. Good advice. They really screwed up my billing too. I got multiple invoices for the same service dates paid multiply times, then hit a refund check only to get more old invoices. What the fk? I recently got a another "new" invoice from a visit date from almost 2 years ago. The bill said its 0-30 days old, but the visit date was from August 2022. I dont keep all my paperwork and old checks from 2 years ago. I know I already deposited the refund check over a year ago, but now have to send payment a third time. What B.S. Find a better dermatology office

5 /5 Leslie Pitzer: I am a patient at Skin Specialists of the Capital Region. I have had outstanding experiences with Linh Donnell! She has a wonderful manner. Linh answers my questions and discusses treatment and prescriptions thoroughly. The staff nurses, schedulers are detail oriented and provide excellent service.

5 /5 Joanne Cunningham: I had a procedure to remove a suspicious mole recently. It became infected and I was traveling for work and had to go to urgent care in a different city to be seen. After that visit, I spoke to the on call physician, Dr. Steve Altmayer. He looked at my infected incision via cell photo and confirmed that I received the right antibiotic. That was such a relief to me. When I was picking up the Rx (in a different city), there was a problem. I texted him and he called the pharmacy to straighten out. Above and beyond service and patient care doesn’t even begin to describe Dr. Altmayer. Incredible and so so appreciated. He is the best. When you are worried about your health, he is the physician you want treating you.
