Siobhan MacLeod Went in for a yearly mole check. The office staff were very courteous and helped me with the portal log in. I met with Leena Brown and her nurse who were both amazing. Took their time with me and removed two problem areas. Very satisfied with the entire office and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Katherine DeMaria Albany Med is the second largest training hospital in the country. It should be known that you are putting your life in the hands of cocky Residents and interns who are not properly supervised .

Sharon Pushman I took my 17 year old for a consult to have her compacted wisdom teeth removed. She is on the autism spectrum and although very high functioning, she gets anxious. The office was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. Reception was helpful at check in and put her and me both at ease. The assistant explained everything to us nicely and thoroughly. Then the doctor came in and graciously answered our questions. We both felt that it was a great experience and have her upcoming surgery scheduled.

Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Mary Faulkner Dr. Haddad was amazing. He is always kind considerate, and very willing to share his expertise and knowledge to give me the props and cons of my situation.

Mr. Vacca Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

Patrick Cartwright I feel compelled to write a review here because Dr. Baler is just the best medical professional I have encountered. He is a no nonsense, but tell you everything kind of expert. I feel very confident that he is providing the best, most up to date and caring medical advice. I trust him. I agree with others that his office is well run and friendly.
