Kurt Seitz A horrific experience a few months ago. Waited nearly 24 hours to be seen before walking out and driving to Westchester Med, where we were seen right away. At least they had someone check in the waiting room occasionally to see if anyone had passed away while waiting. We will never go back.

Katherine DeMaria Albany Med is the second largest training hospital in the country. It should be known that you are putting your life in the hands of cocky Residents and interns who are not properly supervised .

Sharon Pushman Honestly, Dr Suslak is amazing! He did surgery on my left shoulder a couple years ago for frozen shoulder. It was life changing. I was hesitant but instead of pushing me, he explained the options and I chose the surgery and I am so glad I did. Now I am having a problem with my right shoulder and I knew just where to go! I totally trust he will help me! More tests to come to determine the problem and then Dr Suslak will give me options for treatment. The office is well run too. Very efficient.

Garret Bever I went for my first visit here today and my experience overall was top notch. I was seen by Nancy (NP) only so I can only speak to my own experience. I was concerned about the reviews before I went, but noticed almost all dermatologists in the area have 3 stars or so I went for it. First, the facility is very nice, clean and inviting compared to other offices Ive been to. Nancy is awesome, great personality, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great conversation with her and she taught me a lot. All of the nurses and reception staff were very nice, unlike what I read here in some of the other reviews. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 which is very reasonable in my opinion. Ive been to a few dermatologists and this was by far the best experience I have had. Glad to have locked in a go to doctor in the area.

Joseph Doslop Dr Yoon removed my sons tonsils and adenoids with no complications two weeks ago. She seemed professional to me. What others addressed as concerns in reviews I didnt experience.

sue cooper I had an issue for which I first attended at the pharmacy/drugstore. as the prescribed drugs did not work, I went to Albany Clinic on Sunday morning 2nd February, 2025. the front desk staff were kind and efficient, notwithstanding the large queue forming at the door.The wait to see the Doctor was not long, and she was empathetic, understanding and efficient. In addition, she sent the prescription straight to the pharmacy. All in all I am incredibly grateful for these folks who are available on a Sunday. thank you.

Zoë Maldonado I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Kathleen Ehlinger Dr. Scott Purga is a class act. Very informative with excellent bed side manner. He is patient, kind and caring. He puts you at ease and is a great listener. I felt heard! Bottom line, I am grateful to have him as my doctor. Kathleen

April B Shannon and her nurse Tymeka are both caring, compassionate, and thorough providers! They treated my 80+yr old grandmother for the last 4yrs and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend them both!

Sata W I’m actually very emotional while writing this , the nurses and doctors in the PICU were nothing less than amazing, my 7 year old suffered from a severe asthma attack and everyone there treated her , me and her dad so wonderful, they handled her with such care and importance, I want to give a special thanks to nurse Emma and the guy she was training (sorry I didn’t catch his name) lol but they were so friendly and good with my daughter , my daughter really favored those 2. They made her feel so comfortable and catered too , They’re definitely in the right field caring for children, Albany med has the best PICU department ever.Thank you for everything, God bless you all ♥️
