5 /5 Richard Paugh: I’ve been coming to this clinic for about two years, and Sergie is my Family Practitioner. The staff is always polite and professional, I never have to wait long in the waiting room, and the care I get is probably the best I’ve ever had. I believe I’m in good hands and I trust the decisions made for my medications. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone, and I hope the people that work there all stay.

2 /5 Hannah Nakken: Very understaffed, and unprofessional. Front staff argue with you when you call about anything, I work in the medical field and know they are not doing what they should to empathies and communicate with their patents. I tried to get a 90 day supplied of my medications ill be moving states and wish to have overlap for getting a new primary and insurance in another state. My fiancés doc (who also works here) did it no problem for her. My doc is on maternity leave and as a result the one taking her patents said she refuses to make mine a 90 day supplied because "she doesnt know you" I have been on this medication for months now and it made it possible for me to work. I will now be out of a medication in one month after moving state that helps me be able to work.

5 /5 Richard Dilliplane: Office personnel were friendly and efficient in processing me in for my schedule appointment. I met the medical personnel on my appointed time. They were very helpful. I am very pleased with them.

5 /5 Rosalie Martin: The practitioners at Guthrie Owego Fifth Avenue always give compassionate care to their patients. They listen attentively and take their time in making a diagnosis. The nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful.

1 /5 Irene: Friend was told multiple times since LAST week that he would get his prescription re-filled this week, only to be blown off and given the work-around. He finally went into the office today to get to the bottom of it all, only to be told his doctor was on vacation. This was never once mentioned prior, nor was there any indication of an issue despite calling Thursday, Friday, yesterday, and today. If there was to be a delay, thats understandable, but no indication was given. Absolutely unacceptable behavior when dealing with peoples medications :(
