Montefiore Medical Center - Bronx (NY)

Leesa O MUST READ!! IF YOU HAVE A CHILD BELOW THE AGE OF 18YO, DO NOT! TAKE THEM TO LINCOLN HOSPITAL. They have no pediatric psych department for children. When you get there, they ask you whats wrong, depending on how bad your child is going through something, they drug them and or strap them down and leave them in the back. These children sit or lay in an open, but isolated area in the back with no doctor or therapist to talk to for days. Other than a Psych doctor coming in around 9-10am to call their name and ask, "Do you feel like hurting yourself or others"?. If they say no, they go home. But God forbid they say yes or you allow them to be admitted. Then they will be trapped there for days on end with nothing to do or anyone to talk to, no diagnosis or actual mental health treatment because the whole time you will be "waiting for a bed" at another hospital that actually see pediatric psych patients. They wont discharge your child for you to take them to another hospital yourself because they were marked for admission and cant leave unless by them in an ambulance to go to the other hospital. "According to their policy " While there they use coercion, threats of calling ACS or you getting thrown out, bullying and intimidation tactics to keep you your child there and to keep you from refusing drugs for your child or leaving with your child, when they do nothing to help them. It really breaks my heart to know children are being treated like that. There would be 0 stars, but the one star could be for some of the good nurses that are there. *Photo of little room in back where psych children stay.

John Mercado The attention I received was amazing. The nurse who attended me was very informative and helpful. She was in point. She screen me perfectly and patient. 2 thumbs up She is a keeper. Pst the doctor was awesome. She was informative and helpful and she took her time explaining my health concerns and issues. She deserves 2 thumbs up too

Ali Algaheim This Health center is all a parent would ever want in their neighborhood, the staff there treat you like family, they would make you feel special in a way! The pediatricians there are also as good, they play with children, make noises with infant, i don’t even like Jacobi but The staff here are the reason why I have decided to bring my children here! Good luck and keep up the good work.

Soils Minor I Live the doctor a lot. service is good. She is sweet. BUT After your appointment they automatically create more appointments on your behalf even if you dont request them. And for the rest of your life you have to call in to cancel these appointments that are emailed and voicemail to you. its annoying! I even told them I am moving to Japan just to get it to stop and 3 weeks later I got emailed to confirm another appointment.

Raheya Wilform Dr. Cean supersedes my expectations for pain management. He’s altruistically inclined, and his staff are professional, proficient, and kind. They provide a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I’ve yet to wait longer than twenty minutes though be seen.

Third Eye Throwbacks Dr. Soliman and his staff are extremely kind and professional. I have brought all of my animals here to be cared for. They have been there to help a furry family member pass on and been there to welcome new members. From me and my family, thank you for what you do.

Lisa Caines Im currently at this facility seeing Dr Raggio, who I hope will be my families dentist for a long time. Dr Raggio has giving me back my faith in my what a dentist show be like . He treats my family and I as a human beings not as a number, he communicates what hes doing and what needs to be done. He respects his patients and makes you feel comfortable to be at the dentist which we all know is not a place we wanna be, going through the nychhc system you tend to get ignore and get treated as a number. This place was recommended to me by my cousin.we have to travel outside our neighborhood ,but it is worth it.The facility is clean the people are friendly and very very professional.

I K I was seen at City MD by 238th Street in Bronx, NY on Thanksgiving Day and was treated promptly and efficiently by a very caring and professional doctor. I have always had a good experience at this urgent care facility. But this doctor was exceptionally compassionate and caring. The staff is also very efficient and responsive to one’s needs.
