Kathleen Dittus When I lost my hearing overnight I was told by my hearing aid supplier to go to the emergency room or see an ENT doctor immediately. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Rami Payman on short notice. He was wonderful. He solved my problem and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. I received absolutely the very best care. So relieved!

Brendan Hasemeier Came in on Christmas Eve / Christmas morning after taking our toddler to the Dutchess County ER for rapid breathing. Could not be more impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the care our child received. Every single nurse, doctor, security guard etc were compassionate and empathetic. They are trained to handle administration of care to toddlers which was a night and day difference from the ER. Private room with 2 beds and a private bathroom with a shower. They brought us a bag full of toys and brought a play mat and at kitchen into our room. Most important of all the care we received was top notch, well informed, great communication, answered our profuse questions. Still waiting to see the bill but solely from the care perspective, absolutely tremendous.

Stephanie Cservak He explained everything from the beginning! We seen him before surgery, right after, and again before we left the hospital! He is kind and compassionate. My daughter had a wonderful experience for her tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy so thank you for that!

Annaliese Petrone We have frequented Hudson dermatology for years, and have seen many of the doctors there (Olga, Sandeep, Samantha…). Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses are beyond kind, helpful & welcoming. Today I had to bring my 4.5 year old in and I was just so impressed with how they handled her situation and their patience and bedside manner. The nurse whose name began with an N I wish I could remember it was so sweet, and Samantha too. I’m grateful we have them in our town! Every single doctor has been so helpful,, knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you!

Jennifer Haindl I’ve been following Dr Stacy Madoff for over 20yrs and she delivered all 3 of my children. She’s great, it’s the office that I’m giving 2 stars. It’s impossible to make an appt. They change it on you and the biggest complaint and the reason why I’m leaving is the front desk has unprofessional people answering the phones. When I called For my annual I was Told I havent had one in yrs and they have no record of the biopsy I had Last year. It’s unfortunate that I’m leaving my Dr but the company is horrible.

Catherine Great Brought my father there yesterday to get his eyes checked. The optometrist who gave my father an exam was GREAT. Im not sure what her last name was but her first name was Connie. She gave a very thorough examination and was kind and gentle with him.

Robert Albrecht Excellence at every turn, every time. The entire team both in the hospital and in the office are extremely professional and compassionate. Ive had weeks of television, some obscure, but Im thinking the hip might be ready to learn some old-fashioned clog dancing. Why not, right?

Tish Lange Four years ago, I nearly lost my life, but thanks to an outstanding medical team, I am alive and well today. After reading some of the negative comments and ratings, I felt compelled to share my own experience. I arrived at the ER and was seen immediately, then taken to a separate room. The hospital itself was new and exceptionally clean, and even the food service exceeded expectations—they carefully addressed my dietary needs and promptly fulfilled any requests. The cleaning staff were efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The nursing staff went above and beyond to care for me, always attentive and compassionate. As for the medical team, they were nothing short of superb, providing exceptional care that saved my life. I can’t thank this team enough for their dedication and professionalism.

kathleen Clark Making the decision to start Hospice care for my mom was very difficult. But the moment she was accepted into their care we knew it was the right decision for her. Once accepted, her services begin quickly were provided with equipment we needed to take care of her at home. We had so much comfort and peace in knowing that the rest of her life’s journey would be at home. The services were very well coordinated. All staff were very compassionate and caring. We are forever grateful for the care provided . Hudson Valley Hospice allowed my mom to have her wish of spending her final days at home with her family and cats.
