Mark Carey Dr. Tucker is a highly professional experienced Dentist that I would recommend to anyone in need of Dental Care. Dr. Tucker has been at this same location taking care of individual and family Dental Care needs since at least the mid-1980’s upon my having moved here during this period. That says a lot and say’s it all. Dr. Tucker’s Staff are professional and extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Dr. Tucker is very personable. I appreciate that as well. Justin Matuszek Let me just start by saying this is the greatest dentist I have ever experienced in my life. I called on a Friday at 12:45 knowing that they close at 1 PM. The receptionist was nice enough and realizing how much pain I was in to go back and talk to Dr. Linden and Dr. Linden said come over right now and I will take care of you and sure enough take care of me is what she did. She was the most calm, passionate dentist I have ever met in my entire life. She quickly diagnosed my issue and found a solution, by 6:30 PM that evening. I was 100% back to my normal self. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Linden enough for helping me with this problem. I recommend them to anybody in the capital district and beyond. I will continue to go there so that this issue does not happen again and I will feel comfortable that I am in the right hands every single time. Thank you again

From start to finish, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and positive. My hygienist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough during my deep cleanings. She took the time to ensure my comfort while explaining everything along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. My dentist was also kind, knowledgeable, and informative, providing clear explanations and making sure I understood my treatment options. The reception staff was equally impressive—prompt, polite, and efficient. Even though their schedule fills up quickly (which speaks to how great they are!), they always go the extra mile to call with cancellation openings for an earlier appointment. If you’re looking for a top-notch dental office with a caring and professional team, Albany Upstate Dental is the place to go!

Nicholas Meola I had been going to another dentist for many years who was excellent but they dropped my insurance. I went to Dr Levine without any knowledge of him. He was close to work and where I live. Dr Levine and his entire staff are incredibly professional. His service is top notch and they are pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Erica Rutkowski TLDR; 10/10 experience. I have never felt as comfortable to attend a dentist appointment than my visit to Zappia & Fryer. Everyone is so incredibly kind and truly happy to help you. This space doesnt have the "stressful" vibe youd typically associate with a dentists office. Its clear doctors Fryer and Zappia have YOUR best interest at the forefront of their minds. Their hygienists are patient, personable, answer all questions thoroughly to ensure your complete understanding (thank you so much, Tatiana), explain what theyre doing, why theyre doing it, and why its important. A unique, uplifting atmosphere exists here that I am so thankful to have experienced. If youre not satisfied with your current dental care, I wouldnt hesitate to suggest visiting 1 Pine West Plaza :)

Chris Allen I had toast with jam this morning and one of my teeth responded with excruciating pain. I called my dentist and they saw me at 9am and by 9:40 the filling was done. I cant thank them enough for fitting me in and taking care of my tooth pain so quickly. Also they used something that blocked the pain that wasnt novocain and its nice to leave the dentist office with out the feeling your whole face is numb. Thanks again!!

Tony Bango Sitwell Dental in Albany has been so amazing for me! From the moment I walked in and am greeted by the front desk lady. I’m instantly made to feel at ease and comfortable. Smiles and laughs all around. They got me in so quick when I was in pain. I had Dr Sarah and she’s been awesome! She listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. She and her teammates work so well and efficiently together. The other staff has been nothing but professional and kind as well. During the work, I was in no pain at all. Dr Sarah and her team will be the only dental office I’ll be going to in the capital region! This was an easy 5 outta 5 stars!
