Dr. Vasu is personable and thorough, and the staff is great. Sara is an excellent hygienist; shes nice and has a very calming demeanor. I appreciated her suggestions. If you need a dentist in the Albany area, this is the one!

Chipper ChelseaKay They have the kindest secretaries ever, the dental assistants are sweet and attentive, and Dr. Kosoff is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. When I had my first cleaning after like 6 years (whoops) I had a cavity that needed filling. They had a cancellation and did the filling same day. They have called me when someone cancelled and they remembered me briefly mentioning my ideal time. Doctor Kosoff has made a lot of decisions that truly put me the patient before anything else. I like that he doesn’t use metal crowns on his patients, he only uses the porcelain. In other offices usually the “good” insurance covers the porcelain and the rest get metal or pay out of pocket. He’s quick so if you want to ask questions you need to do it right away when you have him. Walking into the clinic is lackluster but everyone there has been fantastic with me so far. I feel like I’m in good hands there

Megan Carhart My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wun with assistance from Fleurette and Shenise. All staff were professional, the facilities were clean, and the office was able to accommodate a new patient appointment very quickly. We left after surgery with a small goodie bag that had easy-to-understand instructions and all equipment needed for recovery. Great results. Would recommend!

Aaron Poole-Herron Ive been to Dr Elkordys office twice now for check ups and both times have been a very good experience. I was seen much sooner than I expected when I initially called as a new patient. My appointment was rescheduled once but only for a week or so later. The practice accepted both my partners and my insurance (Delta Dental under CDPHP Essential Plan and Medicaid) All of the staff are nice, patient and capable. Dr.Elkordy is equally as friendly and has made both of us feel welcome at her practice. She is efficient and has made sure we both received the treatments we needed in an adequate timeframe without pain or discomfort. I cannot speak for their emergency services but the care we have received for check ups and minor treatment has been very good. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, I am so grateful we found this practice :)
