5 /5 Erica Rutkowski: TLDR; 10/10 experience. I have never felt as comfortable to attend a dentist appointment than my visit to Zappia & Fryer. Everyone is so incredibly kind and truly happy to help you. This space doesnt have the "stressful" vibe youd typically associate with a dentists office. Its clear doctors Fryer and Zappia have YOUR best interest at the forefront of their minds. Their hygienists are patient, personable, answer all questions thoroughly to ensure your complete understanding (thank you so much, Tatiana), explain what theyre doing, why theyre doing it, and why its important. A unique, uplifting atmosphere exists here that I am so thankful to have experienced. If youre not satisfied with your current dental care, I wouldnt hesitate to suggest visiting 1 Pine West Plaza :)

5 /5 Bruce: Dr. Zappia, Dr. Fryer and their amazing team have gone above and beyond any expectation that I could have had when I became a patient of theirs several years ago. The office is clean as can be and the staff could not be more welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, I have encountered some health issues requiring extra attention and they have helped me every step of the way with their expertise and compassion. I could not recommend their office more strongly.

1 /5 Mindy H. Berman: Does not return calls in a timely fashion. Changed my treatment plan midway. Not once did I feel like “the patient comes first.” For all their excellent social media marketing about a relaxed and safe environment, I never felt that. I (and my teeth) were treated like widgets. I was deeply disappointed. PS Everything I said above is a fact. And In response to Z & F’s response - no one was threatened! That’s blatantly false. That reaction is another example of not really listening to the patient. Listen! You didn’t do what’s right for this patient, even though you think did, take responsibility and move on.

5 /5 Rinae Olsen: Hands down THE BEST dentist in the Capital District. I drive 90 miles to come here because THEY ARE WORTH IT! From the cleanliness of the office, to the friendly staff, to the state of the art equipment to the incredible dentists, hygienists and assistants. They care about you, they hear you if you have dental issues and they are extremely thorough. I cannot recommend this female owned dental practice enough!

I have been seeing Dr. Zappia for the last 4 years, and I went from being afraid of going to the dentist to looking forward to visits! I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Zappia and her team!
