1 /5 Ale L: The dentist was very kind. Even so, it is difficult to get appointments and the wait is long. If you miss an appointment due to illness your teeth will suffer as a new apt is a very very long wait.
The reason I need to give a rating on “1” is due to the staff blaming a patient for not booking a long enough appointment for a crown. Since when is this a reasonable excuse for failing to treat a patient? Then she canceled the appointment to push us past the date they stopped accepting CIGNA. The staff told me to make an appointment after the deadline, pay in full, and get reimbursed myself. She said Cigna didn’t pay enough. This was a rotten thing to cheat the patient out of an appointment needed for the crown, 2 weeks prior to them no longer taking CIGNA. !!! Because we trusted them, we have no dentist, and it will be months to find someone to do a crown.
Only a bad dental office with bad staff could do this to any patient they care about.
