joel strock From beginning (helping me with my car I totalled) right through to quickly determining the damages of my new-to-me car with which I hit a deer nine days after buying, and getting the car beautifully repaired, New Country made sure I had correct expectations; then they exceeded them with fast, superlative service. They even returned my rental for me. But the real topper is that they installed the new window deflectors I bought for, but never installed on my previous Forester. Every person in that office is on top of her/his game, personable, helpful, effective and kind. Im so glad I have my car back! Thank you, New Country!

Gregory Koch I visited Prestige many times when I lived in Poughkeepsie. The weekend before Thanksgiving, I was driving back home to visit family when the message popped up on the dash - brake light out. So I visited here the week of Thanksgiving, only had to wait a few minutes before they saw me, and about 15 minutes total before it was all done. Such wait times are unheard of by me. You’ll be waiting an hour if you’re lucky. And the price was reasonable as well. All the places by me in northern Virginia are crooks, but Prestige is honest, hard working, and fast, but not so fast that they do shoddy work. I only regret that I no longer live in the area so I will probably never visit again.

Andreanna Stossel This was my first time bringing my car to a shop and the guys here made it a very pleasant experience. I brought my car in with a flat tire and they were helpful. Upon picking up my car I realized I was not charged labor for putting the new tire on. Again very nice people, would absolutely recommend

Tim Sturges Unbelievably awesome mechanic! I’m jealous of those in this community who can come here regularly, but I was on a road trip with my family when our alternator failed. Jay and his team had availability. We arrived a couple hours before closing, and once they were sure they could get the part in time, they went to work and stayed late to finish it, saving us from having to rent a car and come back to pick it up in the middle of our trip! Oh, and the price was absolutely fair. The owner Jay seemed genuinely delighted to be helping us. 5 stars is not enough, I’d give them 10 if I could.

D Shacks Ian and Paris are excellent mechanics with very positive attitudes and work skills. I would recommend them anytime for vehicle services. They have helped me out on different occasions repairing my jeep to excellent condition after hitting a deer.

Alex Fokine Great service at great prices. He does good work and doesnt charge an arm and a leg for his work. Been using him for 7 years, no issues whatsoever. Doesnt mind if you bring in your own new parts.

He let me know there were some additional services hed recommend for my car, but wasnt pushy about it at all, wasnt trying to just sell me more—it just seemed like an honest recommendation for the longevity of my vehicle. Plus, service was speedy (which is always, always appreciated)!
