Nina Triplo I relocated to Poughkeepsie a few years ago. Having minimal knowledge of automechanics, I was so fortunate to find Parker Mechanical! For over three years they have been servicing and repairing my car with consommate skill and professionalism. They are honest, knowledgeable, and take time to explain things. Beyond their mechanical expertise, they also offer exceptional customer service. I am always impressed with their positive energy, their comfortable and welcoming establishment, and above all, their kindness. They have helped me out of jams on numerous occassionswith no expectations of remuneration. They put me at ease in particularly stressfull situations, and always go above and beyond. Tim Sturges Unbelievably awesome mechanic! I’m jealous of those in this community who can come here regularly, but I was on a road trip with my family when our alternator failed. Jay and his team had availability. We arrived a couple hours before closing, and once they were sure they could get the part in time, they went to work and stayed late to finish it, saving us from having to rent a car and come back to pick it up in the middle of our trip! Oh, and the price was absolutely fair. The owner Jay seemed genuinely delighted to be helping us. 5 stars is not enough, I’d give them 10 if I could.

Samantha Cipriano I’ve been taking my car to Top Tier for a couple of years now and couldn’t be happier. They are able to get me in quickly whenever I call and they are honest about their work. Had I gone somewhere else when I thought I needed brakes (it was a broken censor & I did NOT need them) - any other shop would’ve done my brakes and charged me without question, but not Top Tier. Greg and his guys will always be my go to for car needs - I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy shop.
