John Devins I have brought my motorhome in for routine services/new tires etc and have been pleased with the quality and value. Recently, prior to an extended trip, I needed new electronic steps installed on my coach. Robyn Meade They went threw step by step what was wrong with my car and showed me what my vehicle parts were supposed to look like and they even explained to me what it could end up happening if it didnt get fixed and am I happy to have been able to find this gem in all of these rocks out there thats how I can explain it

Hannah Denson John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.

JoAnn Strapach I had to get my car inspected so I went to Anderson Automotive on State Street in Auburn, NY. I had been a patron of their shop when they were in a shop closer to my home. They are always accomodating with appointments and do requested work in a timely manner. Costs are reasonable. I will go to them whenever my car needs work done.

Susan Sheldon The mechanics at Eliminator Auto are local, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I was given a referral to them for regular car maintenance and repair by another top-notch mechanic who repaired and restored my car after an accident. And Eliminator hasnt disappointed. They do great, thorough work for a fair price, and every employee I have encountered there is friendly, attentive and helpful. And I prefer to give my business to locals instead of chains. The owner and mechanics have a vested interest in their reputation, which drives their good work ethic. And from the looks of the garage, they love what they do. That said, Ive settled on Eliminator as my permanent car repair place.

Shaw Boehler Had a bit of a fender bender in my 1yr old Rogue. Bianchi Auto did a beautiful job of fixing it to like new. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend
