Hailey Sky My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

Vonnesha Ripley Great staffing, always clean, fast service, shuttle bus drops off and picks up. But you have to make sure that your not sitting in a long line of traffic. The 24 bus runs through here as well too.

D. Monique Worthley My Mother has had two successful (2) catheter replacements at this facility. We found the entire Staff and Medical Professionals to be attentive and sensitive to patient concerns and needs. Likewise, the facility was visibly clean, and the care given to patients post procedure, exceptional. Additionally, I observed them interacting with their patients, and they knew each. It was quite remarkable and refreshing to witness.

Meryl Lee A rheumatologist here tried to tell me I don’t have lupus despite being diagnosed with it for over a decade. He also caused me to have a massive flare.

Raheya Wilform Dr. Cean supersedes my expectations for pain management. He’s altruistically inclined, and his staff are professional, proficient, and kind. They provide a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I’ve yet to wait longer than twenty minutes though be seen.

Amanda Reid The sonogram technician really needs to be switched out. It’s a certain level of “Bedside” manners and giving the patient great experience while pregnant with child. Such a cold experience to go through in that basement where the sonograms take place. Working in the medical field, you have to understand the contagion of moods. It leaves an impression on the hospital/Clinic

Anam I need a physical form for my kid’s school after calling we were told to go there with the FORM but when I went there round 4:30pm it was empty and 3 people in the reception talking to each other, so I waited in line they were talking rudely about me after sometime one of then called me over and said “how can I help” and guess what she was pretty rude and only needed name DOB and address I said I was told on the phone to bring the form I was trying to give her the form she was again in a very rude attitude told me not I don’t need that what a waste of my time. unnecessarily made me go there plus so rude. Montefiore use to be so good what happened ?

Babs Cast I give them five stars because I am diabetic and they on it like definitely on it. The only thing I don’t like is back to back appointments. I do not receive Medicaid and this is out come from my pockets so financially it hurts a little bit but as for the doctors, they perfectly great great, the only thing I said is back to back appointment for the same thing with different doctors but other than that, they absolutely great

I felt safe and well-cared for under her watchful eye, and her positive attitude made a challenging experience much more manageable. It’s clear that Ashley is not just a skilled nurse but also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.
