5 /5 Aaron Poole-Herron: Ive been to Dr Elkordys office twice now for check ups and both times have been a very good experience. I was seen much sooner than I expected when I initially called as a new patient. My appointment was rescheduled once but only for a week or so later. The practice accepted both my partners and my insurance (Delta Dental under CDPHP Essential Plan and Medicaid) All of the staff are nice, patient and capable. Dr.Elkordy is equally as friendly and has made both of us feel welcome at her practice. She is efficient and has made sure we both received the treatments we needed in an adequate timeframe without pain or discomfort. I cannot speak for their emergency services but the care we have received for check ups and minor treatment has been very good. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, I am so grateful we found this practice :)

5 /5 Brian Harrington: Really liked this dentist. Very kind, dare I say sweet, manner about her which is a BIG upgrade from my other guy who jerked my head from side to side. In and out in 15mins. Good location with parking. Good find for anyone working in the Capital Region

1 /5 Tenzin Daden: This practice deserves 0 stars. I had a negative experience the first time, but being in healthcare myself I did not want to judge someone in one visit. My initial appointment was at 3PM, but I was not seen by the Dentist until about 5PM. Delays happen all the time and I did not complain about it at all, but what bothered me is that the Dentist did not even introduce herself to me and then proceeded to clean my teeth while talking about a different patient with the dental assistant over my head. This was simply unprofessional and a huge red flag. I shouldnt even have bothered to come back for the follow up appointment but I am new in town and this place was the only one with earliest availability (another red flag). I also wanted to give this place a second chance, so fast forward to my follow up appointment. I left work early to make it to my appointment but as soon as I walk in to the clinic and the front desk staff tells me that the Dentist is out of the country. Again, I know stuff happens, but a call would have been nice. The front desk staff states that a call "SHOULD" have been made to me last week. I confirm my phone number they have on file for me, which is correct, and I double check the office phone number I have saved on my phone, which is also correct. I have no missed calls from the office and no voicemails. Yes, a lot of things SHOULD have been done but did not happen. This place has no regard for you and your time. TL;DR: Do not go here and waste your time/money. They are highly unprofessional.
