Bill Casey Was sent here by my regular dentist because of the expertise and higher level 3d imaging equipment. The staff was very welcoming and Doctor Sean Ference and the tech staff took the time to fully explain their testing and procedures they would follow. This was complicated by not seeing a clear cause of my infection issue, but Dr Ference laid out a treatment plan that he was then able to carry out right away without a return visit...and I know my treatment threw off the schedule, but I didnt feel hurried and I greatly appreciated the personal care. Additionally, the required prescriptions were called in quickly and follow-up office visits have already been scheduled...very professional all the way around!

Jason Valeria Invisalign process was discreet and effective. Straightened my teeth without metal braces!

Laura Watzka Both my husband and I had a visit today. We thought everyone was very helpful and professional. All necessary information was given clearly and carefully. Overall much easier than we expected. Also helping make things easier was the fact that everyone was so nice.

blattmich Got 4 wisdom teeth taken out all at once. I decided to stay awake for the surgery and opt for the numbing agent instead. Dr. Bayoumy and his team did a great job. The surgery went smoothly and I was not in pain. Recovery was also smooth and I can honestly say that my jaw feels less crowded. That was something that was bothering me and I didn’t realize it until the teeth were removed.

John Repsher I cant say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Dr. Boncordos office. I had a slight emergency with a front tooth veneer falling off. Bridget answered the phone with a cheerful voice and understood my problem right away. I was scheduled in quickly. When I arrived to the office it was very clean and well laid out for the patients comfort. Dr. Boncordo was superb. He took as much time as necessary to make sure my veneer was placed correctly and made adjustments so that my bite is better than ever. He explained everything he was doing and let me see with a mirror as he did the work. I trust him explicitly to do a great job and on top of that he is fun to be around. He is passionate about his work and as a physical therapist I appreciate that.

Dr. Farooqui is very gentle, skilled and takes time to listen to all the issues. Gave good options. Office is neat and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Elana Hall My husband and I both had our teeth cleaned today,we had a great experience. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, and our dental hygienist was excellent. We really liked the dentist too.

Shelly Klump Dr. Park and all of the staff at Guilderland Family Dentistry are beyond wonderful. I didn’t go to a dentist for many (many!) years because of unpleasant experiences growing up, so I was nervous about returning to a dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Park and hygienist Marie for a couple years now and they make me feel so comfortable and welcome every time I’m there. They’re all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to seeing them now! My local family members go there and love their experiences also. We recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!
