Dori Nardi My 2018 Rogue was repaired by Mike installing control arm left side lower ball joint and it was completed in the time he told me it would be along with an alignment. The job was done up to specs. They are all great people and I have made them my new repair shop for my car. They are all kind, pleasant and explain everything and if any other questions arise they are on top of taking care of everything. I give this repair shop five stars. Good work, great people and over all greatly satisfied.

I could have gone with a cheaper tire but what’s the sense if I would have to replace it in half the time. Let’s skip the pros and cons right now…the moment I drove away I noticed the difference. The recommendation was beyond spot on!!! When I bought my car it had new tires…these tires are by far better. The cushion and traction is unmatched. Marc Griffin Eliminator Auto is the ONLY place I will take my car or bike!! Mike and his crew are ALWAYS polite, ALWAYS professional, and ALWAYS take absolute excellent care of my car and my Harley Davidson FLHT!! I could write an hour long review of how incredible they have treated me from day 1. They know what I need as soon as I tell them the problem. they find the best solution within my budget and the car or bike seems to run even better after they are done with it. Lightbulb change? Car runs nicer. Tail light change? Bike is smoother! They are not mechanics, the are MAGICIANS!! Anyone who has a negative comment probably never gave them a chance to begin with and just looked for any excuse to say negative things!!

Carmen Papa 4 stars for quality work. 1 star for price. Got repairs done on my Peterbilt and they sky rocketed the parts price over what dealer will give someone walking in off the street. I don’t blame anyone for charging for quality work. However, there is a limit.

JoAnn Strapach I had to get my car inspected so I went to Anderson Automotive on State Street in Auburn, NY. I had been a patron of their shop when they were in a shop closer to my home. They are always accomodating with appointments and do requested work in a timely manner. Costs are reasonable. I will go to them whenever my car needs work done.

Raven Winters They called 15 minutes before closing and left a message saying they hadnt got to my car after 8 hours and would hold it for the weekend if I didnt pick up. Didnt see the message until 425, after they were closed and gone. So dont have a car for a full weekend cause I didnt have my phone on me for half an hour. Couldnt have called me earlier??? Seriously unimpressed, will NOT be using their service again All this after they tried talking me out of using them as a mechanic because I might have a battery issue that requires a Subaru specialist? Like, look in the car and confirm that? And do the other things we need?? Still needed brakes looked at! Do NOT recommend this place

richard gunger The service is always great at Anderson’s Auto in Auburn NY. I have been using their services on my 2005 Chevy Avalanche and my 1978 Chevy Monte Carlo for over 10 years. I am always informed about any problem, cost and time frame of repairs needed. They are always true to their word and the repairs are always done in a timely fashion. The cost of repairs are exactly what they quoted me. If any additional problems are discovered after I drop my vehicles off to them they call me and explain exactly what extra service my cars might need. No surprises here, just excellent quality service all around. I can highly recommend Brian Anderson and Billy Anderson to all of my Friends, Family and Clients. Katrina Hanna Went for Inspection, ended up needing brakes. Was charged hundreds over what was originally quoted! Lug nut was broken off and couldn’t be fixed till next day, leaving us stranded. Didn’t offer a loaner. THEN- the inspection machine was broken and they did not tell us beforehand! We had to come back a couple days later, after our inspection was expired. Friendly people, but that was unacceptable and unfortunately will not go back.

Leo A P Giannini Moved up to the Finger Lakes from the Catskills and was overwhelmed by the difficulty in finding a reliable and honest mechanic shop. Bob was a godsend, fixed my rust bucket Yaris, and helped get my moms Yaris to 300K miles (and still kicking), fixes my wifes car and fixes my truck. I wouldnt go anywhere else, worth the wait if hes busy too.

Ryan Wright Nice feller, and gave be a better quote then anywhere around, when all was said and done he actually charged me less. The work was done quick and with no issues continuing. The check engine light did come on but Im hoping it goes off or is something simple, ironic timing I hope, but it went in for brake lines. Still I would return here as of now..
