Spoke Fitness Studio - Rochester
Anna Domiano I love going to Spoke! It’s my favorite way to start or end my day. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling sweaty and accomplished! It’s clean, organized, and the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. They offer a variety of classes and make it super easy to sign up! I absolutely recommend to anyone. :)

CrossFit Park Ave
Pat LeMoine Could not ask for a better gym. From the staff to the members, I have never experienced a more welcoming environment. The coaches are always dropping knowledge and making sure you are achieving your goals, which makes for a great place to get started in crossfit. The gym is also in a converted industrial space with all the necessary buildouts, making it feel like a space you truly want to work out in.

Frequency Wellness Space
Robyn Paige I am so grateful to be a founding member at Frequency— it truly is a studio and vibe like no other in Rochester. For over 2 years now, I have taught Yoga and Reiki in the gathering space, and offered Reiki healing sessions to our Rochester community members in the sanctuary spaces— all of which are filled with love and good energy, kept clean and tidy, and overall such a welcoming space to bring my clients into. Our community at Frequency is special, inclusive, open-minded and kind-hearted. It’s been amazing to grow, heal, learn and teach alongside so many other amazing teachers, practitioners and students. Karen, owner and Frequency leader, has gone above and beyond to make this space what it is!

Total Sports Experience
H Ally Went to Flower City Comic Con (FC3 2025) there and had a great time. Well laid out, spacious, clean, and a really neat space. Hadnt heard of it before the con so now Im interested in checking it out on a regular business day.

David Walters Incredible gym for powerlifting. Visiting from out of town, it was easy to sign up for a day pass and come in (GymMaster). Space is amazing, clean, incredible variety of equipment. Amazing space and will definitely be back!

The Thurston Road YMCA Neighborhood Center

The Culture
Zar Mohammad Stanikzai The Culture is my favorite spot! I love going to Culture you really feel a sense of community when you walk in. ivansfitness is is a perfect choice and they have classes they also have personalized training or small group training and I especially recommend trainer Ivan, Ivan is always encouraging and a pleasure to be around. besides the gym and fitness center the have a wonderful team at the Culture Cuts barber shop. Morteza is superstar barber, highly recommend him for your hair cut that you need. Overall this is just a great culture to join!

Planet Fitness
Marie White Love this gym! Kelly is awesome and she has some really great staff who are very kind and helpful. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a smile, and the place is always clean. This is a great location with various equipment to choose from for your workout needs. You can also go tanning, use massages beds/chairs, and have some red light therapy with a Black Card Membership! You definitely get a lot for your money at Planet Fitness!
