5 /5 ava: I came to Affronti Fitness overweight and looking to better my life, lose weight, and build good habits before heading to college. After 6 months, I’m 45 pounds down. I walked in hating any kind of exercise, and now I’m leaving with the mindset that fitness can actually be fun. Igor made every session enjoyable while still pushing me when I didn’t want to push myself. He’s encouraging without ever letting you slack, and he has a way of making tough workouts feel rewarding instead of something you dread. I also worked with Nate a couple of times and still gained so much knowledge from him in those sessions. Austyn also really cares about his clients and makes it known, he shows that he’s proud of you and celebrates your progress along the way, which means a lot. Even though I won’t be at Affronti anymore, the habits, mindset, and exercise skills I’ve learned here will carry me far beyond these 6 months, and I plan to continue losing more. I can’t recommend Igor, Nate, Austyn, and the whole Affronti team enough.

5 /5 Haley Dennis: There’s so much I can say, but here is the big idea: actually personal training, where the trainers care about you. At AF, they not only teach you about fitness, but they help you cultivate a killer mindset — and if you follow their advice, you *will* see results. I struggled with morbid obesity since I was a teenager, being over 250 lbs on average for most of my adult life. I decided to join AF after seeing the transformation pictures. I’ve lost 90 lbs with Austyn, and hopefully counting. My trainer has been there every step of the way, sharing every win, kicking my butt when I go off track. Great place, great people, and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The flexible hours and availability of trainers is key for busy people. The owner Austyn takes the time to tailor the experience to your needs and goals. 10/10, I can’t recommend them enough!
