Marilyn Alm After a poor experience with another shop, I tried Premier. The other shop didnt want to be bothered with repairing my AC. They blew me off, saying it was an electrical problem and they didnt do electrical. They also wouldnt let me wait, which cost me two Uber rides. PREMIER, otoh, told me it would take a couple days if they needed parts. So I left my car. It actually only took them 24 hours to diagnose and correct the issue. The Staff were polite and friendly, and apologized for taking so long. Not nearly as annoying as the first place... and the AC is working fine over a year later. Will definitely go back if theres another problem. Note that they prefer checks to credit cards.

Brian Webber Where do I start, From the service to the workmanship everything was done exceptionally well. I am a local owner of a tour and transportation company in the city of New Orleans I brought one of my vehicles to have service and the service was exceptional my transmission was done on time and running super not only that the charge was originally $725 when I got there he said it’ll only be $614 because The original labor cost would have been four hours but he did it in less time and remove the difference on the price. Being a business owner myself you do not find that kind of integrity everywhere. In business relationships are important and I have learned in my time to not take those relationships for granted.
