5 /5 Brian Schexnayder: Good prompt service. Fixed my daughters Hyundai Tucson headlights that would not come on, and brake lights that also did not work correctly. They determined that some after market lights were installed by the previous owner including additional wiring. This was creating problems with the electrical system. Express brought the lighting back to original factory specs including wiring. They also checked all tires and fluids in the vehicle. Finished off with a much needed oil change. They even left in the vehicle the old wiring they had removed for the fix.

1 /5 Flor Corazon: MY VISIT TO THIS SHOP WAS LAST YEAR & IAM JUST NOW HAVING THE TIME TO REVIEW- BETTER LATE THAN NEVER & PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE!! ALSO, THE BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE HAPPENED AFTER THE SHOP WAS PURCHASED BY JAIME & NOT WHILE NATALIE OWNED IT. I WAS REFERRED TO NATALIE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN I CALLED, THE SHOP HAD BEEN PURCHASED BY JAIME & HE WAS THE ONE WHO ANSWERED & TOLD ME HE WAS THE NEW OWNER. JAIME CHANGED ITS NAME TO WEST TOTAL CARE FROM EXPRESS TECH AUTOMOTIVE. I WAS QUOTED $144.00+TAX FOR A COMPLETE AC SERVICE FOR MY HONDA CIVIC BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PUTTING OUT COLD AIR BUT I MENTIONED TO JAIME IT HAD WORKED EXCELLENT THE 4 YEARS I HAD IT. I ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE & IT SOUNDED LIKE A FAIR PRICE IF THE CAR NEEDED TO BE VACUUMING OUT & RECHARGED ETC- I UNDERSTOOD THE FREON WILL COST ME EXTRA & IF THERE WAS TO BE A LEAK ALSO .WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO HIS SHOP IT TOOK HIM NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES TO RETURN TO LOBBY TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR DIDNT HAVE ANY LEAK, TOLD ME SHOWING HIS PINKY FINGER IT ONLY NEEDED A TINY BIT OF FREON & MENTIONED THAT MY COMPRESSOR IS WELL TAKING CARE OFF & IT WAS STILL IN GOOD SHAPE DUE TO THE YEAR OF MY CAR SO I THEN ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS- HE EXPLAINED TO ME A A WINDOW PART LIKE, WHICH CLOSES & OPENS TO LET AIR OUT NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO IT BEING STUCK SO I ASKED HIM IF HE CAN SHOW ME WHERE IS THAT @ IN MY CAR BUT HE CLAIMED THE PART WAS IN MY DASHBOARD & HARD TO REACH - SO THAT DIDNT SOUND RIGHT TO ME & HE NOTICED IT - I THEN ASKED HIM HOW MUCH ITLL COST ME TO REPLACE IT- HE SAID $175+TAX & HE TOLD ME THIS-" SO YOU CAN SEE THAT IAM TELLING YOU THE TRUTH I WILL TAP ON THE WINDOW & WHEN YOU DRIVE THE CAR AGAIN YOU WILL FEEL THE COLD AIR" BUT IN MY MIND I WAS LIKE, HOW? IF HE JUST TOLD ME IS NOT AN EZ REACHABLE AREA -HOW HE CAN TAP IT? SO BY THEN I TRUSTED HIM EVEN LESS & I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE SO I TOLD HIM I WILL RETURN NEXT WEEK TO HAVE THE JOB DONE & ASKED HIM HOW MUCH FOR CHECKING MY CAR & HE CHARGED ME WHAT HE QUOTED ME TO BEGIN WITH ALL TOGETHER WAS $153.47 & HE DIDNT EVEN TAKE 15 MINUTES ALL TOGETHER & I DONT EVEN THINK HE ADDED THAT TINY BIT OF FREON HE CLAIMED MY CAR NEEDED. AFTER I PAYED HIM & HE GAVE ME THE INVOICE-RECEIPT, I LEFT HIS SHOP & MY CAR AC WAS COLD AS NEW AGAIN JUST LIKE HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AFTER HE TAPPED THE SO CALL PART THAT WAS BAD- HE ALSO TOLD ME IT WILL NOT LAST BECAUSE THE WINDOW WILL GET STUCK AGAIN. HE ALSO CALLED ME A FEW MINUTES AFTER TO ASK ME HOW MY CAR AC FEEL SO I TOLD HIM COLD & HE TOLD ME HE DID THAT FOR ME SO THAT I COULD TRUST IN HIS WORD-I DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER MECHANIC & I WENT TO BUY THE PART @ OREILLY SO I TOOK THE INVOICE JAIME GAVE ME TO SHOW THE NAME OF THE PART I NEEDED BUT JAIME HAD WROTE THE WRONG PART ON THE INVOICE- RECEIPT & THEY TOLD ME THE PART WASNT EVEN RELATED WITH THE ISSUE MY CAR WAS HAVING- JAIME MADE ME LOOSE ALOT OF TIME, SO SOME TIME AFTER I DECIDED TO CALL HIM TO LET HIM KNOW ABOUT HIS WRONG DOING BUT NO ANSWER SO I HAD TO LEAVE A DETAILED VM TO NEVER HEAR BACK FROM HIM, SOME TIME AFTER I DECIDED TO TRY AGAIN & HE ANSWRED - HE WAS VERY RUDE WITH HIS ANSWER- TOLD ME HE PROVIDED SERVICE TO ME A MONTH AGO AND THAT HE WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTHING I HAD TO TELL HIM BECAUSE I DECIDED TO BE CHEAP & TAKE MY CAR SOME WHERE ELSE. I DONT HAVE ALOT OF FREE TIME TO HANDLE MY STUFF, BUT FINALLY AFTER ALL THE HEADACHES I GOT MY CAR AC PART CHANGED & ITS BEEN RUNNING GOOD AGAIN. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DUDE- I BELIEVE THAT HIM NOT SHOWING ME WHERE THE BAD PART WAS IN MY CAR & WRITTING THE WRONG PART NAME ON THE INVOICE - RECEIPT WAS SO VERY WRONG. PLEASE BE AWARE BECAUSE JAIME IS NOT HONEST- ALSO, HE IS THE OWNER OF WEST TRANSMISSION TOTAL AUTO CARE ON WHITNEY AV IN GRETNA. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS ARE NOT GOOD THERE EITHER.

I had to call each day for updates on my vehicle. One other suggestion-answering the phone with Express Tech would help callers immediately know they’re calling the right place.

1 /5 Sarah Mcknight: MY EXPERIENCE DID NOT HAPPEN IN JULY 2024; IT HAPPENED JUST THE OTHER DAY, AUGUST 22,2024. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW THOROUGHLY BEFORE REPLYING. I CAN POST THE RECEIPT. I brought my car to this place on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 because the AC suddenly started blowing hot air which I explained to the guy that answered the phone when I called; he also stated that it would be $99.00 to diagnose the issue. Received a call stating that a part (valve) is needed, cost is now $200+ & that it will be delivered 3/330pm that evening, car will be ready by 5pm. Called to get a status & was told that the wrong part was delivered, right part will come the next day & now the cost is $400+ which included an overnight delivery fee. Called the next morning to get a status, was told that my car will be ready by 12pm. Get there, paid for the service, drive car to realize that the AC is not blowing cold air, it’s not hot like when I initially brought my car in but it’s not cold like it was before it suddenly started blowing hot air. I called, explaining what I’m experiencing & I was told to bring the car back in. I decided to give it some time to see if the air would start blowing cold, but on today, Thursday, August 22,2024, the AC is now back to blowing hot air. I go to the shop & explain that the AC is back to blowing hot air, I’m told that due to age (8yrs old) & the type of car (Audi) that it’s difficult to fix & now it’s the condenser/compressor that’s the problem but I wasn’t told this was the diagnosis when I paid the $400.00+. I asked the guy at the counter will the $400.00+ be applied to the now cost of $2000.00 & I was told no. Either this shop doesn’t know how to repair the type of car I have or problem was misdiagnosed, either way, why not take accountability to fix correctly (not do patch work) or give me back my money to bring it elsewhere to have it diagnosed, repaired correctly. Customer lost, this shop is a fraud & rip off.
