Hellen Lobo Loria They are very friendly, they go out of their way to help you. They are polite, knowledgeable, help you find what you need in a very thorough way, with a very broad sense of customer service. I especially appreciate Tim who at all times was trying to help me to get the car parts I needed. But in general everyone who works there is friendly, caring and polite. The prices are very good. Overall I would not change this place for any other.

Brian Webber Where do I start, From the service to the workmanship everything was done exceptionally well. I am a local owner of a tour and transportation company in the city of New Orleans I brought one of my vehicles to have service and the service was exceptional my transmission was done on time and running super not only that the charge was originally $725 when I got there he said it’ll only be $614 because The original labor cost would have been four hours but he did it in less time and remove the difference on the price. Being a business owner myself you do not find that kind of integrity everywhere. In business relationships are important and I have learned in my time to not take those relationships for granted. You definitely have my business moving forward. Thank you so much for your outstanding workmanship in customer service highly recommend this company and in particular this location. Thanks buddy.

J Teachworth I was able to pull up and get a diagnosis on my leaking ac immediately. The price was fair enough and the car was ready in 1 day. Very friendly people. I will come back if I need any work in the future.

Sonya Atkins I would give them ten stars!! Their name fits them. I had used them on two occasions! They changed my lightbulbs on both headlights which in their system stated it would take an hour. Their system showed two different prices for each headlight. Came back in about 5 -10 minutes and only charged me for one side and even discounted that side. They are honest people and are quick who will squeeze you in their busy schedule.

Ranran Brought my used VW Golf to Briskers because it started wobbling at around 40 mph. They quickly diagnosed the issue—a broken CV axle—and got it taken care of fast. The price was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth. Honest and efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any more work done. Highly recommend!

Jada Powell Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.
