My car drives like a dream now. Thank you! I am very grateful for the compassion and hard work of these people.

2 /5 Solo J: Transmission went out, I called the next day Jamies is knowable yet his customer service and communication skills are BARBARIC, when he picked up the phone he just went on and I couldnt get a word in edge wise. Can be Extremely argumentative. He made it seem like I purposely damaged my transmission and everything else that he Said that needed service on the car. He called me and said that the car wouldnt pass a diagnostic because of something else that was wrong, so I went on ahead and had that repaired. Wanted to go back despite the way he talked to me the first time, and my trunk not working properly when I picked it up. In the process of calling to have lens put on He went in again to the point where there were people in my car and they were like what the hell. I called said good afternoon and he was like what??? Extremely nasty!!! He said he worked at Honda on the Westbank for years. Yet the way he talks to you is atrocious. If he encountered a man and talked to him the way he talked to me it would end up extremely different. The lady was the only professional.

5 /5 Joshua Lockhart: I had a front drive shaft that needed to be put in on my AWD.Not only did they get me in and get it done quickly. there friendly and fast customer service was a plus making them a five-star experience. Highly recommended. Update: Having to add a new transfer case to my car,I called, and they had someone cancel, and they got me in and out rather quickly considering what they actually had to do. Just a big thank you to everyone over there, see ya"ll soon with some coffee and donuts just to show appreciation.

1 /5 Tammy: Had my car serviced two weeks ago at the cost of $2184.00, within 3 days of picking it up, the car has the exact issues as before, I took it in to be checked out only to be told its another $400. Not to mention paying $6,000 less than two years ago for a transmission.. Not taking this one as a loss. I am truly disgusted with being over charged and drained dry. Being a women, I had to solicit the assistance of a male who did not take the crap we were being fed to well and responded as such.. But being black, not accepting bull will always make you the aggressor, so we had to stand down... More to come.Will update this review once it goes to court. Stay turned... And p.s. the car died, does not work at all. Having it towed. Drove it in 12/30/2024, only to having it towed home 12/30/2024- 2 weeks after spending $2184..
