5 /5 Taylor Thibodeaux: First Time at Craptrap Functional Fitness Amazing Experience! Today was my first time at Craptrap and I was genuinely blown away. From the moment I walked in, the energy was positive and welcoming. The coaches were super attentive, encouraging, and made sure I understood every movement before we started the workout. As someone completely new to CrossFit, I was a little nervous going in but that disappeared fast. The community vibe is strong here; everyone was friendly and supportive, no egos, just people pushing themselves and cheering each other on. The workout was intense but scalable, and I never felt out of place. I left feeling exhausted in the best way and already excited to come back
