Sole Sisters We are impressed with our ongoing experiences at NGMA! For over a year now, our 6y/o has been attending jujitsu classes, and we couldnt be happier with his progress. The instructors do an incredible job instilling discipline and encouraging personal growth in each child. Our son is learning the value of perseverance and pushing through hard things, all while having a blast in class! Kamie Burgos Love this gym, it has everything you can ever want. Weight lifting, excersise equipment, walking track, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. Classes are free with membership, which includes Zuma one of my favorites. They even offer massages, you do have to pay extra for that but oh so worth it.

Jordan Laviolette Nice location. There is ample space and a wide variety of equipment to suit your needs. There are water bottles for purchase or you can use the provided bottle filler at the fountain.
