5 /5 Matthew Gourgues: Great gym, great staff. My brother and I were visiting family for one week. Gave us a fair price. The gym has all the equipment youll need. Weve tried other gyms in town on our breaks; but this will be the gym we return to next time.

5 /5 James: I have been to Golds Gym in Venice Beach, California - amazing gyms across the world in Japan, but this gym surpasses them all. Such a incredible atmosphere to train in that will take your physique to another level. The machines they have at this gym date back to 1988 when they were designed specifically for people that trained harder than the average gym goer. Because of that, there are no fancy machines that make movements easier to do, like a lot of the machines available today in franchise gyms such as Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. These machines are made in a way that are lot more strict in terms of the movement, so you have almost no choice than to do them with proper form. They also have tons of free weight equipment as well as cardio equipment. This gym reminds me of the original Golds Gym in the movie “Pumping Iron” where Arnold Schwarzenegger trained. If you are in the Thibodaux area and are looking for a one of a kind gym - THIS is the place to be!
