The equipment is top of the line & is continually being reevaluated, added to & upgraded. The facility is clean, well maintained, well lit, well ventilated, well laid out, & extraordinarily well organized. There are no required apparatus lacking here.
The staff is professional, welcoming, engaging, skilled & knowledgeable, both in fitness & nutrition. There is a supportive community atmosphere among members, that is liken to a family.
