They took the time to explain what my car needed and why, without trying to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. The pricing was more than fair, and it was clear they value honesty and integrity. Mark Swistek I was referred to Triple C from another shop. Boy am I glad theres a German specialty automotive shop and Motorsport shop. I drive a 2020 BMW 330i xDrive Sport Line. Recently I had some upgrades done. I got a Dinan cold air intake, Dinan performance ignition coils, Dinan turbo inlet, CTS charge pipe, Berger Motorsports strut bars, and E-Line drilled in slotted rotors and new magmaflo brakes. Chris was the gentleman that I was dealing with mostly. He is the owner of the shop. Not only did I receive great customer service, he fit me in because of a time-sensitive upgrade. Im going on vacation. Chris and his employee gave great customer service and treated you as if youre part of a family. What I truly love as well is the fact that everything you do to your car in the shop gets reported to Carfax. You have full access to your Carfax report for the life of your car. Thats pretty amazing considering the cost! I am definitely going to recommend Triple C to all my friends and family with German cars. I look forward to coming back. The shop is usually very busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Good work Chris and team! I always walk out with a smile on. Edit: I got my axle-back exhaust installed yesterday and they did a beautiful job. Now my car sounds like it should have sounded coming from the dealer. As always, they do excellent work!

Emily Mendoza Greg has been extremely helpful and kind to me. He is so honest and didnt push any work that didnt need to be done. When I bought a new vehicle he did a full inspection free of charge. Would highly recommend this place!

james rieckmann I took my car into Mavis in Geneva and I was having some major issues with the alignment. I had just bought a car so I didn’t have enough money to pay for the repairs of the broken CV axle and one of the managers Brett recommended that I try to apply for the Flex Shopper Which is like a credit account that they’ll pretty much give to anyone and I ended up getting a $1500 credit line and was able to fix my car completely and pay for it over the next three months . Bret and Jon staff and the rest of the staff made me feel like family and fix my car to perfection and we’re honest with me and showed me exactly what they were doing to get me back on the road again thank you so much Mavis I will be back next time my car needs a repair which hopefully isn’t anytime soon

Jeff Deckrow We used RX Automotive for all our vehicles. My son even travels from Glen Ellyn and my daughter from the city to have their vehicles serviced by Les, Diego and their team. The most important thing for us, other than their high quality capabilities is that we trust RX to do the job right at a fair price. Never any pressure to add services that are not needed but always with diagnostic recommendations on what should be done in the future. Most all of my friends also use RX with the same experience and quality service that we always receive. I can’t recommend them enough!
