Brenda Kandall Scott is very personable and knows his way around cars. Very upfront and honest about parts and cost, explains all the whys about your car. He has already remedied and fixed one car and another is going in for service this week. Original car we took in first is going back in for more maintenance work. We have truly found an honest car service shop.

Valvoline Express Care
Keri LaRose Drew and Austin were phenomenal. I went for a much needed oil change just now and they were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try and scam me. Often times as a female that doesn’t have extensive knowledge on cars, I feel employees play in my face when I want a simple service done and try and upsell me everything under the sun. WELL DONE GENTLEMAN, my car is already running smoother. I will be back! Thank you!!

Ricardo Talavera Ron was top notch. He really knows service and maintenance. He made sure I understood the risk my truck was at by towing as much weight as I was. He knew that by looking at the heat spots on my old rotors. Hard to find a more trustworthy team. He is running a great shop. Kyle you’re doing a great job as well. Few people walked in while I was there and I personally would not be as patient.

David Fry Renfro Auto Center just picked up another lifelong customer. I had a tire with a slow leak. I called to see if I could make an appointment and they told me to swing by any time. The mechanic found a screw, removed it, patched it, and sent me on my way at no charge. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Renfro is friendly, helpful, honest, and local. What more can you ask for in an auto shop?

Sara Karsten We can’t recommend Frank’s enough! They have been honest, reliable, and have gone above and beyond to help us when we’ve really needed it. We’ve had a few times we’ve needed to stop in without an appointment and Keith has always been willing to take a look at what’s going on. Yesterday we came in for a strange noise - but we needed the car today. Even though they had a packed day in the shop, he not only figured out what was going on but he tracked down a difficult part, got me back to my house with my four little kids, and stayed past closing to get our car repaired. Our first experience with them was getting a second opinion on a very expensive repair quoted elsewhere - they found the root of the problem (simply a loose screw!) and didn’t even charge us. We have found them to be so helpful and dependable! They are hands down the best auto shop we’ve used. (As a side perk, their waiting room is very clean and comfortable!)

J & C Central Inc
Timothy Noetzel I have been taking my vehicles to J&C for well over 30 years. I have always been given a fair price and the workmanship is excellent, from very small to considerably large jobs (like a snapped drive shaft on a van). They also are great at solving those quirky issues that other shops give you a "deer in the headlights" look to fix. My most recent issue was diagnosed correctly (bad wheel bearing) when original repair shop and dealership both missed it. With repairs, you get what you pay for. But with J &C you get something more than you paid for.....reliability.
