5 /5 Jeff Deckrow: We used RX Automotive for all our vehicles. My son even travels from Glen Ellyn and my daughter from the city to have their vehicles serviced by Les, Diego and their team. The most important thing for us, other than their high quality capabilities is that we trust RX to do the job right at a fair price. Never any pressure to add services that are not needed but always with diagnostic recommendations on what should be done in the future. Most all of my friends also use RX with the same experience and quality service that we always receive. I can’t recommend them enough!

Rather than simply addressing the issue in-house, the team went above and beyond by providing me with a printed service bulletin and directing me to the dealership, where the repair would be covered under warranty. This thoughtful guidance saved me both time and expense, reflecting their commitment to customer care over profit. The operations manager, Manny, has consistently demonstrated professionalism and a genuine dedication to ensuring a positive experience. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and integrity, and I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of automotive care.

5 /5 Ryan Funke: Les, Diego and the rest of the team at RX always does fantastic work on not just my vehicles, but the rest of my family’s as well. In my opinion, this is one of the best shops in St. Charles and the Chicagoland area, and they’re truly great people who make you feel taken care of! Through them, I’ve been having work done on my BMWs (‘03 Z4 and ‘18 440i) for years now, and I appreciate their above and beyond attention to detail, commitment to using genuine (!!) parts, great prices and communication. I like to consider myself handy and do things here and there on my own, yet I have zero hesitation to bring my cars in to them for jobs because I trust their high quality work and the pricing can’t be beat. For reference: recently I came in for some fluid changes and asked to have the coolant flushed on my 440i. Instead of just draining and refilling things, RX took the time to inspect the vehicle after I brought up a concern about my coolant draining faster than normal, found a leak in my expansion tank, and had it replaced with a genuine part alongside the original services requested in the span of a day and a half. They make sure to take pictures and send detailed reports of their findings, and the cost of everything was great. If you need any kind of auto work done, definitely come here and they’ll take great care of you.

I took in my car in with several issues with my suspension and they addressed all the problems by replacing worn shocks and springs as well as a broken heat shield. They promptly repaired all the above in a reasonable time and within the price I was quoted.

5 /5 Michael Pichardo: 21 4Runner lifted. After going to several places for an alignment, no one could get me dialed in. Rx Automotive guys got me aligned with the best they could and it’s driving great. Diego at the front desk was great. Great customer service all around.
