I called and asked for a quote for replacing oil return lines for my trucks turbochargers, replacing the oil pan and replacing seals and bearings on my rear axle (I really just needed the seals but since it was all taken apart I wanted the bearings done too). I had them do all the work except for the oil pan. I received a couple calls across a couple days that some parts were out of stock and also that they were given the wrong parts. I have another car so it wasnt a huge deal for me. Then on a Friday, I get a call at like 5:15pm that the work is done on my truck. I said okay, what time do you guys close? He said 5:00pm and that theyre not open on the weekend. A bit confused, I asked if I left now could I get my truck? The person said yes so we quickly left to go get my truck. When we got there I paid and the person said by the way, they never got the bearings for my rear axles and so they only changed the seals. But, if I come to them to do my oil pan, theyll do the bearings under warranty and I would only need to pay for the parts (or maybe it was the gear oil?). I couldnt believe it. I would rather have had them keep my car another day or two if thats what it took to replace the bearings. The work they did do seems to be okay. I havent had any issues or leaks. However, I wont be going back here in the future. Very disappointed.
