Payton Schubert Great guys! Would defiantly recommend these guys if you are having any issues with your vehicle. Took my 2010 vw cc in for a check engine light and coolant gauge not working. After only having it there for a day Dixon called me saying it was fixed and ready to pick up. I also paid way less than I was expecting. I cannot explain how thankful I am for these guys help.

Ben Brown I can’t say enough good things about Sanchez Auto Service. They reminded me that there are still good people in the world—people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help. My daughter was stranded three hours from home, and their shop was closing in an hour. They towed her car in and quickly diagnosed the issue. I figured I’d have to make the six-hour round trip to bring her and the car home. But just ten minutes later, they called back—they had already found the parts nearby, ordered them, and made the decision to stay late so they could fix it that night. They didn’t want her waiting alone for hours, and they didn’t want me driving through the night. They stayed late, did the work quickly and professionally, and got her safely back on the road. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. No overtime charges. No emergency fees. Just honest work at a fair price. I would’ve gladly paid more, but they charged what was right. Thank you, Sanchez Auto. You treated my family with kindness and compassion during a stressful moment, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Jordan Ferrari I encountered a crank/start/no run issue with my 2021 VW Passat SE. Ryan Mcdougal Great customer service and always took the time to explain any other needs to my vehicle that I didn’t know about. They never pushed extra services like others tend to do and the waiting room has quality seating and beverages to make it very comfortable while waiting. I think I have a new place for all my cars needs! Highly recommend this place!

Keith Sanders I’ve used Butler many time for many years and their work has been consistently excellent for me. This has included a wide range of types of service needs, all the way from oil changes and general inspections up to major engine work… mostly on an older vehicle. The costs are way less than dealer estimates, and their work stays true.

Guillermo Garcia Did a great job with the repairs. Very friendly and nice people. Even help found my kids batman toys that was lost inside the bumper lol. Also, had a very good experience with them giving constant updates and keeping open the communication.

Imani Tkalec I am happy ro have found a trustworthy mechanic in Athens! Denys changed out a cv axle for me and got the work done incredibly fast. He showed me what was wrong and explained everything. I almost let Toyota do the repair, they were trying to change unnecessary parts and charge me crazy on labor. Denys really saved my pocket and got me back in the road faster than expected. paulette Thompson I have had the pleasure of working with Ronnie at the Athens Auto Clinic as well as Bobby at the Madison County Collison Clinic. Both of these men are very knowledgeable, professional, caring of their customers. Bobby at the MCCC worked with me and my insurance company to ensure that the parts used to repair my car were not subpar and safe for me to have on the road again. I know some companies only care about the money aspect of it, but not at these locations. They actually care about their customers and their safety. Ronnie at the AAC was amazing to work with as well. He took the time to actually show me the issue with my vehicle and what it would take to repair/correct it. He had me back on the road in a short time and told me to call him if I had any issues. I cannot recommend these locations enough!! Honest, professional, caring and very knowledgeable.
